Told I had pneumonia and very high blood pressure Was given message for this I had pain on my chest and back I went to hospital straight after just to make sure they said I don't have pneumonia they did a chest xray a took blooShow mored I still had high blood pressure when at hospital. Both You Urgent Care And Riverside Community Hospital could not find out what was wrong with me I never picked meds up what urgent care told me to get because the hospital told me I was OK. Later that night when home I was so confused and upset why was I in so much pain Ugent Care And The Hospital didn't pick up on what was wrong with me At this point I Spent $50 Urgent Care ND $500 At Hospital and still was not sure why I was in do much pain . The Next Day I go back to your ugent Care and explain that I was miss diagnosed I have pneumonia saw another lady doctor she said I had Shingles which is Correct And was Charged Another $50
I have been there twice already more because it’s convenient. Staff could be friendlier. I only had one employee greet me with a smile. Also when checking in they asked me to sign in then take a seat. When calling me back to the fShow moreront desk to confirm my personal info receptionist yelled across the office my street name and last 4 of my phone number. I work at a doctors office myself and we wait till pt is at the front desk so we can confirm info and not let other pts hear any personal info. I appreciated that they took me in and out in a timely manner but I feel there is always room for improvement

Outside of the wait being long, the staff was great and the doctor was very attentive and thorough.
Very professional. Effective with your needs for going there at a time needed for your illness or as in my case an injury I had from falling. Time before seeing doctor was not long. Only thing I would suggest is have mask handy and hand sanitizer available in the front waiting room. With all the sicknesses going around we can use a little more protection and caution. To the staff and doctors that were there when I was in urgent care. Thank you very much. You’re greatly appreciated.

Despite it being a busy night the staff was really friendly and patient. I didn’t even wait for long before being called in and the doctor was super friendly, was in and out in less than an hour.
