Today was my first visit to Alpha Family Medical. The front office staff was polite and friendly. As for clinical staff- I am a “very hard stick” and it usually takes 5-6 times before blood can be drawn. Today Hollan was able toShow more draw blood on the first try!! It’s been at least 4-5 years since the last time that happened. She is very good. I was very comfortable with Dr Reddy. She was pleasant and easy to talk to. I enjoyed starting to get to know her too. It was a good visit and I look forward to getting to know all of the staff.
The staff at Dr. Reddy is extremely professional. Upon arrival, they greet me and ask how they may help. They always answer my questions. The staff is very professional and work quickly to move me into the medical area for weighShow moreing me, checking temperature, and asking needed questions. Once the vital information has been secured, the nurse moves to the exam room with Dr. Reddy. She asks questions about what needs I have. Dr. Vijayalakshmi Vaddireddy, also known as "Dr. V", is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician and has been in practice for over 20 years. She completed her medical education at Christian Medical College located in Vellore, India in 1995. After practicing medicine in India for 5 years, she moved to the United States and completed her residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center located in Odessa, TX in 2008. She moved to Georgia in 2010 and previously worked in Cumming, GA before joining our practice in 2022.

The new doctor has tried to give me antibiotics for a sore throat twice while acknowledging that’s it’s JUST sore throat. Is she not aware of antibiotic resistance???? I’m only giving it 3 starts because I liked Dr reddy and the new doctor was nicer when I met her the first time. But even then she gave me antibiotics for something she wasn’t even sure about. So that makes 3 times
