I feel that this appointment was not only a waste of my time, and my money. All information and scheduling could have been done on the phone and over the internet. I had to wait 4 months just to get an appointment, I had to takeShow more a full day off work, I spent 3 1/2 hours in your office, but in all that time, I spent only 1 minutes with the doctor. Total waste of money, time, and energy.
The lady that took us back to see Doctor was rude!Every question she asked she would not let me or my husband finish with our response. Doctor did knock before entering room and did not introduce himself to us.I wasn’t very impresShow moresed. We never saw so many papers ( useless) to fill in and sign. Sign this don’t sign that. I’ve never had such an experience.

I appreciate all Dr Puccia does and took the time to explain everything and give good results
I had been in to see Dr. Puccia and a few days later I experienced hernia symptoms. I called his office and got in in a matter of days. Excellent reception!

I have had the same procedure performed in the past and had excellent care and expect to receive the same results from Doctor Puccini this time.
Great staff - very short wait.
I was faced with an unexpected gallbladder removal. Dr Pooja was at the hospital and removed it. He is knowledgeable, and a good bedside manner.

Dr. Puccia is an amazing surgeon! He has the best "bed side manner" I have ever experienced. Dr. Puccia is a magnificent human being and I highly recommend him.
In speaking with Dr Puccia he is very transparent and answers all your questions. Describes the procedure and debriefs you after the procedure. He was very cordial. I like him.
Dr puccia and his staff are one of the best ever when you get ready to leave your appointment you have a perfect understanding of what is going to happen when you get to the hospital and have your procedure done and afterwards!!
he was hard to understand, and he didn't seem to care about how the patient reacted to the results of tests done. It was like just another diagnosis and move on.
Dr. Pucci was great. He was very straight forward, bed side manners were excellent as well. He saved my wife's life. He gets 5 stars in my book.

They were really helpful in coordinating our visit also with Missy McCanan ostomy nurse in learning more about changing bag. Was very helpful
