Today I understand the office was operating under a new system. I checked in online last night. Arrived for my 8:30 appointment. Went to the window to check in and was told I was all set. I sat in the waiting room until 10:00am. TShow morehe line at the window was so long I couldn’t even wait in line to reschedule my appointment because I was going to be late for my 10:00 Zoom meeting. I tried calling to reschedule when I got out to my car but the automated answering said I may experience a long wait and thank you for my patience. I need to reschedule today’s appointment.
I was very impressed with my visit from the start to the finish. Checking in was quick and the staff was friendly. Dr K was his usual pleasant exuberant self and apologized for the wait. I indicated that I did not have to wait. HeShow more was right on time. He made me feel comfortable. My visit was completed within 5 minutes. Checking out was easy and my next year's appointment was scheduled.

Dr. Kannabiran graduated summa cum laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the accelerated 7-year BS/MD program with Albany Medical College. While attending medical school, he was selected as a National Institutes of Health Clinical Research Training Program Fellow and spent one year in Bethesda, Maryland, at the NIH studying therapies for head and neck cancer. He then completed a surgical internship and residency in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery at the Boston University Medical Center Program. During this time, his training involved rotations at Boston Children's Hospital, Lahey Health, Boston VA system, and Advanced Facial Aesthetics. At the completion of his residency, he was awarded the Jalisi Teaching Award for outstanding teaching to medical students and residents.
Dr. Kannabiran's clinical interests include voice and swallowing disorders, nasal obstruction and sinus disorders, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and pediatric otolaryngology.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, singing, playing the violin, and playing soccer and tennis. Dr. Kannabiran grew up in Wayland, Massachusetts, and is excited to serve the Greater Lowell community through Massachusetts Ear, Nose and Throat Associates.

I always like going to see Dr. Kannabiran. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I also like the fact that there is never a long wait to get in to see him.

A amazing experience
Dr. Kennibiran is very attentive, kind and thorough. We're happy with him and he replies back to our questions promptly.
Very pleasant the staff was very polite and the doctor was awesome
He listened carefully to my concerns, explained in the detail the pros & cons and what the next step to follow after test performed. In overall I'm very pleased with the visit.
Doc was great front desk was terrible doc wanted me to see a specialist asap but front desk didn't care made me nothing
Start of the appointment was 1/2 late, but everything else went smoothly. The doctor explained everything simply and clearly. He decided on a course of action and I had confidence in what he said.

The doctor was very prompt, actually taking me in before my appointed time. Once in the office I found that he was very patient and thorough. He made sure to make me feel at ease by really listening to what I had to say and then clearly answered my questions and explain to me what could be done and how it would be done.

Dr Kannabirin reviewed my hearing test results thoroughly but in terms that I understood. He is very easy to talk to and I’ve enjoyed our discussions.
