For a first time patient I was extremely satisfied. From the friendliness starting at the front desk, to the back when meeting the rest of the staff. At some places you can tell "it's just a job" but there I got the sense that evShow moreeryone truly enjoys being there, and loves what they do. I guess I have this condition where sometimes my vagus nerve cause me to pass out w needles, and unfortunately that happened in his office. It was embarrassing to say the least. Lol However Mr. Chapa and his assistant made sure I was taken care of. I cannot express how much I appreciated that. So, yes definitely a 5* rating!
New PC-A...Vy. Very nice. She explained I would need a biopsy on my foot. The tech who gave me the shot was quick, efficient and I felt no pain. I explained to her that I don't do needles well, so it's better to just do what needsShow more to be done and not give me too many details. She passed this on to Vy, so the procedure went quickly and stress free for me. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Vy graduated from the University of Houston in Texas in 2016 with her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences. She then attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania, obtaining her master’s in physician assistant studies. Prior to completing her graduate studies, Vy worked as a medical assistant in dermatology which piqued her initial interest in the field.
As a physician assistant, Vy has a passion for positive patient care and achieving the best results for her patients. She is trained and qualified in performing comprehensive physical exams, along with diagnosing and treating medical dermatologic conditions. She routinely performs procedures including, but not limited to: biopsies, cryotherapy, intralesional injections, incision and drainage, and surgical excisions.
Vy is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Texas Association of Physician Assistants. She is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
In her free time, Vy enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her husband and their three dogs: Parker, Penley, and Peyton.

Vy is a very nice person and very attentive
My skin and toe nails are so much better. I am so amaze the fungus on my toe nails are clear. I am no longer embarrassed to wear sandals.

I accomplished my reason for my visit but was dissapointed that I had to go in to relay the problem and was charged. I tried calling before going in but was not successful in reaching the office staff.

Everyone was very courteous, helpful and caring during my visit.
Arranged the appointment very swiftly and was seen within 4 days which suited me perfectly. Vy was pleasant as always and explained that what I had was an abscess which needed to be drained. After 4 shots of Lidocane Vy and her scalpel had her way with me. Some antibiotic cream and a Bandaid later I was on my way. Great service.

i WAS VERY HESITANT ABOUT MY LAST VISIT BUT WAS PUT AT EASE BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. i WAS GREETED BY NAME BY THE RECETIONIST AS I ENTERED THE OFFICE . THE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS GREETED ME AND ASSISTED ME INTO THE EXAM ROOM AND ANWERED ANY QUESTIONS. VY CAME IN A FEW MINUTES LATER AND EXAMINED ME COMPLETED MY EXAM AND ANSWERED MY CONCERNS AND PUT ME AT EASE CONCERNING MY FUTURE TREATMENT.

Been attending this clinic for many years and always feel as if everyone cares, from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctors. Vy is wonderful and has a smile on her face continually. If you live near the premises and need a dermatologist look no further.
