I love Wendee Amero, when my primary care doctor was leaving Southern New Hampshire, I had to find a new women doctor, Wendee was taking new patient at the Windhan office at 49 NH-111A #110, Windham, NH 03087, Wendee is so kind aShow morend caring, she got me through a tough time last year 2023, when my dad pasted away in early February, it felt like my world came to an end, having loose both parents within 3 yrs was a killer for me, Wendee help me find counseling, I seem to be in Wendee's office 1 a week crying my eyes out, feeling so lost, she always lifted my spirts, and told me what a great daughter I was to my dad, I did everything I could to make his last days my dad spent with me so happy, and after seeing Wendee today 1/3/24 for an appointment, I told her you were right, am in a much better place as of today, and yes I did everything a daughter could of done for a father, I am not in counseling anymore or thanking antidepressants to help cope with the loss, I never thought I would be back to my happy self, if it wasn't for Wendee's help, I still be under a rock, not wanting to ever come out, today when I think about my parents, I smile knowing that they are together once again, and they are watching over me, they are my angels from above. Thank you Wendee for everything.
Dr. Kazakis is an outstanding provider. After too many years of subpar care from my previous provider, I decided (at age 58) to switch my doctor from my hometown of Concord NH to Southern NH Internal Medicine in Derry. I could notShow more be more pleased with the care I have received. I had my annual physical and for the first time in many years I finally had a thorough and comprehensive physical. It was amazing to have a provider who is proactive in her care (vs. reactive.) Dr Kazakis identified potential hereditary risks and made preventive referrals for which my previous provider never acknowledged or addressed. Traveling 30-35 minutes for my healthcare is more than worth the extra time and cost of gasoline. If you have grown tired of doctors who simply check the boxes then I highly recommend SNHIM and their dedicated health care team.

The convenience of the telephone visit with Wendee was helpful to me since I live so far away from her office.
Wendy listens , she's attentive , and she cares. She also has a great personality and is very down to earth. The nurses and the staff have always been kind , quick and informative. Before my physical I was given a packet of papers and one of them seemed to target billing awareness. It explained my physical was at no cost as it was preventative and listed some things that could be partially billed if occured during the physical. I really liked this. I had been switched to this office when Derry was rebuilding. I have chosen to stay In Windham despite the difference in distance or convenience because of the positive experiences and fantastic quality of care that Wendy gives.

Wendee is very thorough in her work and my examination. She covered all my health issues and status concerning my lab work and ongoing diabetes management.
She takes the time to listen to and address your concerns and does not rush through your visit.

I mentioned a minor symptom during a visit and she ordered a CT scan and discovered a brain tumor. Wendee literally saved my life because she followed up on something that I said during a routine visit.

I’ve been seeing Wendee Amero since she joined SNIM, she is so kind, caring, compassionate and thorough every visit! She always treats you like you are the only patient she has. She responds pretty quickly when you have a question or if you just need a script refill. In my opinion she goes over and above all the time, I definitely recommend her as your PCP!
I met with Wendee on January 3, 2024 after experiencing a virulent intestinal infection which I had attributed to a flare of my Crohn's disease. She reassured me that it was in fact an intestinal bug that has been rampant in the population. Wendee always listens carefully to my concerns, offers suggestions, and is very empathetic and understanding whenever I meet with her. She reviews appointments I have had since our last appointment as well as reminding me of upcoming ones. We have a wonderful relationship and I feel as if I can contact her anytime I have a health related problem.
