William E. Durrett, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management physician offering cutting-edge regenerative medicine pain management services. He is the owner of Novo Wellness in Aiken and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Dr. Durrett attended Valdosta State University and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. He went on to earn his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine. Dr. Durrett underwent his general surgery internship at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, and completed his anesthesiology and pain management residencies at the Medical College of Georgia.
For over a decade, Dr. Durrett has served as a guest speaker for seminars across the country. He is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and attends several meetings and conferences to stay current with the most innovative technology in interventional pain management. Neither of us wishes to face a continuing path of escalating medications. It's more like an on-going hope of less meds, less pain. I feel that is the correct path.

Love this practice! Dr. Durrett is not only a wonderful Dr. but he is an amazing person. He really cares. He really wants you to feel better! Everyone who works there is so friendly and efficient. I never dread going in for injections. I actually look forward to going in because I know I will feel so much better!!! I really wish more Physicians had his bedside manner.
