About Yukina Matsuura, LPMHC

I am a Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) with over two years of clinical experience specializing in the mental health treatment of both adolescents and adults.

I employ a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, emphasizing the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for all clients. I use evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care, to help clients of all ages develop coping skills, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals. Common counseling topics include anxiety and depression, family and peer relationships, academic and career counseling, self-esteem and identity issues, and trauma and crisis intervention.

My passion is to empower clients—both adolescents and adults—to overcome their challenges and thrive. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and resilience, and it is my privilege to support them on their journey to mental wellness.
