Today my son received the absolute best care at tri lakes family care clinic!!! We seen Zach Lovell and he was great and very attentive. He listened, and actually cared about what was causing my son to be so sick! I can not recomShow moremend him enough!!! My son had been seen three times in the last month by another clinic in town wi absolutely no medicine given or a diagnosis. Zach determined it was pneumonia and got him the meds he needed. Very thankful to of been referred to this clinic and Zach!!!!
They actually listen and seem to care. Have a nice facility. Could take care of alot of things right there without having to send you around to half a dozen locations. Zachary was nice, attentive. He took notes while I was talkingShow more to him, but still looked me in the face and talked to me. I've had doctors that would sit there and "take notes" but they never looked at you, didn't seem to really care. They could have been just sitting there doodling for all I know. He's not like that.

I am VERY impressed with Zach. He was able to diagnose me and assure me that he could treat my condition (shingles). I was somewhat taken aback by the diagnoses but Zach was able to answer all my questions and he prescribed me the medication I need to treat my condition. He was VERY professional, pleasant and thorough and I very much appreciated being able to be seen so quickly. Thank you Zach and Tri-Lakes Express!

I visited a few weeks ago for a minor issue. My experience was so pleasant I decided to make Tri-Lakes my general care physician. Came back for my initial visit to establish care and had another great visit. I will definitely be sending my whole family here! The staff is friendly, the doctor listens, and is receptive to what the patient has to say.
Zach is amazing, the office is great. I highly recommend Zach when you're sick, he listens to your concerns on your medical issues and or concerns without interruption. When you leave after your appointment was at you know you've been hurt you know you'll feel better.
