We are from out of town, visiting my parents at their lake house. We were out on the boat and my youngest daughter woke up from a nap, screaming about her ear. We called a few urgent cares to see if we can online sign in (especiaShow morelly since she’s 3) and no other place would agree to see us quickly. The receptionist here was by far, the nicest person we spoke to and they agreed to get us in at 330 on Friday. We were done by 350. The provider himself was very friendly and outgoing! Thank you!!
Today my son received the absolute best care at tri lakes family care clinic!!! We seen Zach Lovell and he was great and very attentive. He listened, and actually cared about what was causing my son to be so sick! I can not recomShow moremend him enough!!! My son had been seen three times in the last month by another clinic in town wi absolutely no medicine given or a diagnosis. Zach determined it was pneumonia and got him the meds he needed. Very thankful to of been referred to this clinic and Zach!!!!

If you’re looking for somewhere to feel comfortable with a family practice look no further Zach and Carolyn are both wonderful and treat you as if they were treating someone in their family. Zach even made an effort to check up on us with our son to make sure we he was doing okay. Front desk and check out is so easy and everyone is always so polite and kind. Thank you all so much for your kindness and professionalism you are all extremely helpful and wonderful at your jobs.
My old primary care physician (Molly) she was absolutely fantastic! I was worried and concerned about finding a new doctor when learning she had moved to a different location in Springfield. I scheduled my appointment with Zach and he’s now my primary car and I picked
He was extremely nice. He walked in the door and recognized a condition ( Fungal) I have. I thought I was going to have to live with it. He made my day. He also removed the tick and prescribed medicine.
BOTH ZACH AND AMY WERE GREAT AND EFFICIENT. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. VERY SUPPORTIVE VISIT. THANK YOU TO YOU BOTH.
The wait time was short for an express care visit. Zach really cares and listens to you. He cares to hear follow up, and any issues you may still have. Each time I've gone to him, I always get to feeling better.

Doc Zac, is the best! He is very knowledgeable and has always prescribed the correct treatment for me. He takes time and listens to my concerns. I trust his judgement regarding my health care.
Zach is professional, friendly, and takes the time to listen. He treats you like a human being and not just another problem to solve through steps set forth by medical bureaucrats. I feel like he genuinely cares and seeks to find the most efficient way to treat his patients. He doesn’t carry the god complex like most medical professionals do.

I saw Zachary today to treat an injury I sustained while walking my dog. Zach looked at the injury and gave me instructions for how to tend to the injured area going forward. He prescribed an ointment to apply to the area of concern and an antibiotic to prevent infection. He was very professional and empathetic. I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and address my concerns. Thank you Zachary!
Always understand and is very helpful in every situation with the grandkids when they are needed to be seen.
Zach is an amazing NP. He always listens to your cares and concerns, never cutting you short. I always feel and know when I leave my appt. That I'm on my way to feeling better. Zach has definitely made the numerous illness that I have either going away or at least make me feel better.
Dr Lovell was great! He worked me in and provided stellar care. I was in and out within an hour.
I had swallowed some salt water in a pool which made me sick to my stomach. The next morning my throat hurt as did my stomach. After being looked over and made sure that nothing was in my lungs, Zach cleared me and I am feeling much better with no long term effects.
I had just left another Dr that was going to treat part of my symptoms. Zach was great! He listened and treated everything. After just 2 doses of his prescribed medicines, I am already feeling better.

Didn't have an appointment, just walked in and my son was seen right away. Then there was hardly a wait back in the exam room before Dr. Zack came in. He engaged with my son right away and was so kind. My son rarely answers any "strangers" questions but he did for Dr. Zack! So thankful for this incredible place that loves and cares for everyone who walks through their doors.
