I find this provider , to be very refreshing, empathic, and at the same time extremely professional. She is well versed in up to date strategies and medications that are state of the art. She has a totally nonjudgemental demeShow moreanor which is a major plus.. I have yet to see her have an "off day" ie she is very consistent.. and goes out of her way to provide prompt and even helpful financial options if possible with insurance /coupons which take up her time... She really DOES care ..! A gem!

I've had a truly positive experience with Zuzana (Dr. Segev, PhD). She's easy to talk to, genuinely caring, and highly intuitive. Her thoughtful approach has helped me gain new insights and perspectives I hadn’t considered before. Her strong foundation in psychiatric nursing and clinical psychology is clearly reflected in the quality of care she provides.
I was initially hesitant about therapy, but my therapist made me feel comfortable from the start. Her kindness and support turned a huge obstacle into a small hurdle, guiding me through incredible emotional and spiritual growth. I’m truly grateful for her help and highly recommend her.

Zuzana is absolutely amazing and so very kind and compassionate. In a one hour Telehealth session, we covered more ground than I ever did with several visits to other therapists. When I set up the appointment, I was as low as I ever been, minus a few exceptions. I am now feeling much better and am being productive again, after 5 straight days on the couch, unable to barely eat. It was a relief to finally get a proper diagnosis. So grateful to have finally found someone so competent! 😊
