Frederick S. Starr, MD, FAACAP, is a computational neuroscientist who has been active in the fields of Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) and neurofeedback since 1990. He sees patients at Myneurva Brain Centers in Hackensack, New Jersey. 

Dr. Starr formally began integrating neurofeedback into clinical practice in 2003 and went on to pioneer large-scale Remote Neurofeedback in 2006, expanding access to innovative brain-based therapies well before telehealth became mainstream.
