Dr. Jacob is a board certified psychiatrist and a Dallas native who provides compassionate, individualized and holistic care for her patients. She completed medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. For her residency, she trained in general psychiatry at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, where she served as the chief resident in her final year. Dr. Jacob has experience treating patients with Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, anxiety disorders, substance use and PTSD among other conditions.
Her clinical interests include mood disorders, the interface between psychiatry & spirituality, and women’s mental health. She is also an assistant professor at TCU School of Medicine and an international speaker for a mental health charity organization.
Dr. Cohen is widely regarded as a leader in pain rehabilitation and has won several “Best Doctor in Pain Management” awards. He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital. In addition to treating patients, he is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, and he regularly publishes his research and studies in scholarly journals.
