Cecilia Chanda, DNP, PMHNP, is a dedicated and board-certified nurse practitioner at Greathope Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Services in Garland, Texas. A natural-born leader, Cecilia motivates healthcare teams to provide patients with outstanding care.
Education is important to Cecilia. She began her studies at Prince George Community College (PGCC) in Largo, Maryland, obtaining her Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
Next, she completed the Practical Nursing Program at the American Institute of Professional Studies (AIPS) in Washington, D.C., and in 2021 Cecilia achieved her Master’s in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
As a licensed registered nurse, Cecilia has worked at Good Samaritan Nursing Center in Baltimore, Maryland, HCR Manor Care in Roseville, Maryland, and Christian Care in Mesquite, Texas. She gained experience as a PMHNP at SPC Senior PsychCare (SPC Health) in Houston, Texas, and Greathope Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Services.
She’s held numerous contracts, including an enterprise staffing contract with Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, Texas, and a travel nurse contract at Texas Health Presbyterian Plano Emergency Room (Presby Plano Emergency Room) in Plano.
In addition to being a Registered Nurse Licensed in Texas, Cecilia holds numerous certifications, including ENPC Certificate, ACLS Certificate, CPR, BLS Certificate, IV Certified, and NIHSS Certificate.

Ingrid Suazo, DrHA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She completed her master’s degree in nursing at West Coast University in California. For her post-graduate studies, Ingrid pursued a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. She completed her doctorate in healthcare administration at the Virginia University of Lynchburg. Ingrid has extensive experience working with severe mental health conditions.
Dr. Cohen is widely regarded as a leader in pain rehabilitation and has won several “Best Doctor in Pain Management” awards. He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital. In addition to treating patients, he is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, and he regularly publishes his research and studies in scholarly journals. Dr. Cohen is a Dallas resident who enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family when he is not working.
Dr. Asher Imam, D.O., F.A.A.N., is an experienced neurologist and neurophysiologist, specializing in neurology, clinical neurophysiology, vascular neurology, and sleep medicine. He is also the president and founder of Southlake Neurology & Sleep Wellness Clinic in Southlake, Texas.
At Southlake Neurology & Neurophysiology Clinic, Dr. Imam focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic neurological disorders, including epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, sleep disorders, and chronic headaches. He also served as the director of Baylor-Grapevine Comprehensive Epilepsy and Sleep Disorders Center in Grapevine, Texas. There, Dr. Imam treated patients with sleep and epileptic disorders while maintaining the integrity of the program by educating staff technicians and their certifications. He also served as a director of neurosciences at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center in Grapevine, Texas for 9 years where he started the stroke program. Dr. Imam also started the first stroke certified (Joint Commission) in Tarrant County at Medical Center of Arlington. Dr. Jacob is a board certified psychiatrist and a Dallas native who provides compassionate, individualized and holistic care for her patients. She completed medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. For her residency, she trained in general psychiatry at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, where she served as the chief resident in her final year. Dr. Jacob has experience treating patients with Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, anxiety disorders, substance use and PTSD among other conditions.
Her clinical interests include mood disorders, the interface between psychiatry & spirituality, and women’s mental health. She is also an assistant professor at TCU School of Medicine and an international speaker for a mental health charity organization.
Shakil Tukdi, MD, is triple board-certified in general psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, and psychosomatic medicine and offers compassionate care at Ultimate Psychiatry, which has locations in Plano, Frisco, Pearland and Prosper, Texas. He considers it a distinct privilege to help improve the lives and minds of patients living in and around the Dallas-Fortworth metroplex.
Prior to entering private practice full-time, Dr. Tukdi completed medical school at Dow University of Health Sciences and his psychiatry residency at the John Peter Smith Hospital.
