Dr. Qays Munir graduated with academic distinction from Baqai Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan, in 2013. He completed his psychiatry residency training at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, MA, in 2022, and subsequently joined Boston Neurobehavioral Associates (BNBA). As an early career psychiatrist, Dr. Munir strives to accommodate the wide spectrum of his patients' needs. He is a staunch proponent of patient advocacy and emphasizes the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance.
Dana enjoys working with people from all walks of life. He hopes to work with those who are willing to be kind to themselves, to invest in themselves and those who are open to practicing some regular self-care.
Dana specializes in motivation and treating depression and anxiety and low self-esteem.. He uses various modalities with the client's needs, wishes and goals as guidance.
Life can get pretty tough. Loneliness, stress, substance issues, trauma/abuse, heartbreak, complex relationships, low motivation, self-esteem difficulties, excessive fear, worry, etc. Dana is very open-minded and is not here to pass judgement. He wants to help people heal, grow and develop a sense of control in their lives.
Dr. Costa is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who is qualified to practice in both primary care and psychiatry; diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for children, adolescents, and adults. Some of her practice specialties include (but not limited to) ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Grief, Compulsive Disorders, Dementia/Cognitive Disorders, and Mood Disorders.
Dr. Costa’s style of practice is a combination of holistic and evidence-based health care. Holistic health emphasizes the study of complex systems providing the support that looks at the whole person physically, spiritually, and emotionally focusing on wellness and not just their illness or condition.
She utilizes evidenced-based healthcare utilizing treatments that have been researched academically or scientifically, been proven effective.
