Mary Ann McDonnell, RN, MS, CS, PMHNP, is licensed as a child and adolescent clinical nurse specialist and a family psychiatric nurse practitioner and has a PhD in Philosophy. She obtained her Associates of Science in Nursing Degree at Quincy College, her Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree, Masters of Science in Nursing Degree, and her PhD in Philosophy at Northeastern University in Boston. Previously she was the director of the clinical trials program in pediatric psychopharmacology research at Massachusetts General Hospital for over 10 years, Dr. McDonnell was a co-investigator of 81 research studies of psychiatric disorders and medications, and continues to conduct research studies in her office in Hingham, MA. Dr. McDonnell is a professor of psychobiology & psychopharmacology in the graduate nursing program at Northeastern University, and she specializes in the medication management of children, adolescents and adults with various psychiatric disorders.

Naika is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with ten years of experience providing therapy, treatment, and services to children, youth, and families. Using a trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive lens, she has worked with individuals presenting with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ADHD, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, and personality disorders. As a social worker, Naika has provided treatment in community-based organizations, residential treatment programs, and in the home setting, often working with the underrepresented and underserved. She believes that everyone has a right to emotional wellbeing, and strives to empower others to develop and maintain a sense of self. Naika approaches therapy with attunement, empathy, validation, and active listening to build a rapport and create an environment that is inviting, safe, and supportive.
Ingrid Suazo, DrHA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She completed her master’s degree in nursing at West Coast University in California. For her post-graduate studies, Ingrid pursued a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. She completed her doctorate in healthcare administration at the Virginia University of Lynchburg. Ingrid has extensive experience working with severe mental health conditions.
