Jen Tipton, ASW, is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with dual graduate degrees in education and clinical social work. She helps individuals navigate emotional and developmental challenges across the lifespan, with a focus on how stress impacts identity, relationships, and wellbeing. Her approach blends relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care to create a safe, empowering space for healing.
Jen specializes in life stage and circumstance transitions—from academic and identity challenges to adulthood shifts, relationship dynamics, grief, and end-of-life care. She has a particular interest in working with OCD, binge eating disorder, addiction, toxic relational patterns, and emotional regulation. Her integrative style incorporates evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and somatic awareness.
With extensive experience in dual diagnosis treatment, domestic and intimate partner violence support, and psychoeducational group facilitation, Jen brings both structure and warmth to her work. She has worked with youth, teens, and young adults, along with their parents and caregivers, for over 25 years and welcomes clients across all ages and life stages.
Outside of the office, Jen is a canine behaviorist, animal rescue advocate, and volunteer supporting foster youth. She values creativity, humor, and the healing power of connection.

M Rameen Ghorieshi, MD, MPH, of Palo Alto Mind Body in Palo Alto, California, cares for patients from the paradigm that mental and physical health are so strongly intertwined that one may not fully achieve either without striving for both. I am a traditionally trained Psychiatrist, with double Board Certification status. After completing medical school and a first residency in psychiatry in Egypt, my journey brought me to the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, in Brooklyn, where I completed my four-year psychiatry residency training program. I subsequently joined the Yale University School of Medicine Law and Psychiatry program where I completed my fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry. My eclectic professional experience included working as a volunteer psychiatrist in Egypt with African and Middle Eastern refugees, survivors of torture and sexual traumas, working with 9/11 survivors and first responders during my years in New York, as well as LGBTQ+ refugees and asylum seekers in both the Middle East and the United States. Hello! I'm Andrea, born and raised in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida. As the oldest in a large family, early on, I was witness to the intricacies of mental health both within my family and in the broader community. This exposure instilled in me a deep-seated passion for understanding the human mind and helping individuals navigate their challenges.
Over the years, I've armed myself with academic and practical knowledge. I am proud to hold a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, supplemented with advanced training in integrated health care practices. I'm also a licensed clinical mental health counselor in Florida, and I provide coaching services both domestically and internationally. Currently, I'm broadening my horizons further with an MBA at the University of California, Los Angeles.
In 2020, I founded Dreavita. What began as a private practice quickly transformed into a beacon of hope and healing in the mental health space. My work in telehealth since 2021 has opened new avenues to reach and support those in need, which prompted me to step away from a telehealth directing position recently to focus solely on Dreavita.
The accolades I've received, including the Orlando Woman of the Year in 2021 and Los Angeles Woman of the Year in 2022, are testaments to our collective efforts at Dreavita.
