Tania Hastings was born in Canada and immigrated to Texas in 2005. She worked as a Registered Nurse for 12 years before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Tania became specialized in psychiatry as she developed a strong passion for mental health after studying this area of practice during nurse practitioner program. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2016 as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and has been absolutely loving her role ever since! Diana Ghelber, MD Board certified psychiatrist serving adult patients at her private practice in Fort Worth & Granbury, Texas. At the Institute for Advanced Psychiatry, she specializes in treating patients with depression, especially treatment-resistant major depressive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, addiction, and insomnia.
At the Institute for Advanced Psychiatry, Dr. Ghelber offers an integrative approach to treatment, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), ketamine infusions, medication, psychotherapy, and brain music therapy.
