Dr. Fisher is an experienced board certified psychiatrist with multiple state licenses. He has provided office based care via telepsychiatry for major psychiatric clinics such as SouthWest Network in Phoenix and Saluscare in Florida for a number of years. He also has experience in fast paced crisis units, busy inpatient hospitals and outpatient psychiatry services. Dr. Fisher graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from Georgia State University earning a B.S. in biology and chemistry. He completed medical school at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey. He then completed four years of psychiatric residency at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami, Florida. Dr. Fisher has a penchant for technology and speaks three languages including English, Russian and Spanish. He has excellent communication, rapport, and satisfaction with his patients. He uses proficient knowledge of the latest FDA and research guidelines of psychopharmacology and DSM diagnosis.
