Sustain Excellence Without Sacrificing Your Well-Being
High-pressure careers and exceptional intellect bring unique psychological challenges. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, or the lasting effects of past trauma, I provide expert psychiatric care tailored to professionals and highly gifted individuals who demand solutions that work.
As a first-generation professional, I understand the weight of high expectations and the challenges of excelling in systems that were not designed with your story in mind. My mission is to help you sustain peak performance while protecting your mental health—so you do not have to choose between success and well-being.

Strategic:Rooted in science and practicality, tailored to your goals.
Empathetic:Grounded in real-world experience and deep understanding.
Efficient:Designed to fit into demanding schedules without adding unnecessary stress.
A Unique Perspective on Intellectual & Professional Stress
Before becoming a psychiatrist, I worked in corporate finance, earning degrees in business and finance before completing my medical training at UC San Diego. This dual expertise allows me to understand the complexities of high-performance careers—whether you are a leader in finance, tech, law, or medicine.
I specialize in working with professionals from diverse backgrounds, including first-generation achievers, BIPOC professionals, and individuals whose intellectual abilities set them apart—whether in problem-solving, creative thinking, or sheer cognitive speed. Giftedness comes with its own challenges, from intense mental activity to difficulties finding true peers. I provide care that recognizes and supports these complexities.
