She has served as the Vice Chair of Psychiatry at West Palm Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL. She also has previous experience as the Inpatient Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit at the Citrus Health Network in Miami, FL. and the Womens Psychiatric Unit at Baptist Health Center in Pensacola, FL. Dr. Oms earned her Medical Doctorate at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic.
