Shanalein Cruz, LMHC, is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Shanalein works virtually. Neil Altman, PhD, is a seasoned psychoanalytic psychotherapist at Harlem Family Services, located in the East Harlem community of Manhattan in New York City.

He is currently co-chair of the section on Community Psychoanalysis of the American Psychoanalytic Association. He is a member of the faculty at the William Alanson White Institute in New York City and at the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis in Boston. Paroma Mitra MD MPH has completed her adult Psychiatry training at Harlem Hospital Center, Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Ceciley Scarbrough is a board-certified psychiatrist. She obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology with a concentration in mental health from Spelman College in Atlanta. Afterwards, she received her medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and went on to complete her residency in psychiatry at Northwell Health / Zucker Hillside Hospital.

After residency, Dr. Scarbrough completed a fellowship in reproductive psychiatry at The Motherhood Center of New York, where she gained expertise in treating women in the perinatal period.
