She is trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based practices—allowing her to tailor treatment for each client’s unique needs. Her work is collaborative and flexible, helping clients move beyond unhelpful patterns toward a more empowered, grounded sense of self.
