Justin is a master’s-level, pre-licensed therapist who provides individual therapy to teenagers, young adults, and adults from ages 14 to 70. He earned his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Holy Family University and is currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
He is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges and feel more in control of their thoughts, emotions, and choices. Whether someone is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, Justin offers a safe, supportive space to explore and grow—at the client’s pace and on their terms.
His approach is person-centered, practical, and rooted in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). He has received direct training from the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which continues to inform how he helps clients understand and shift their thoughts and behaviors.
Before becoming a therapist, Justin worked as a behavior technician, supporting young adults and families in their homes. That experience taught him the importance of meeting people where they are—both literally and emotionally.
Today, he brings that same mindset into his therapy practice by blending structured therapeutic techniques with a conversational, down-to-earth style. He often incorporates humor, hands-on activities, real-life examples, and, most importantly, collaboration with his clients to keep the process approachable and produce meaningful results.
