Eva is passionate about working with children, adolescents and their families. It is her goal to help them understand their mental health and engage them in therapy to gain skills and insight to function more effectively within their home, school and community. Eva's priority is to provide a space with an unconditional positive environment for youth and parents to help them navigate challenging situations while also helping them find a path for themselves that feels most authentic. Her specialties include anxiety, depression and trauma.
Eva has over 10 years clinical experience. She first completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Rhode Island and then completed her master's degree at Fordham University in NYC, with a focus on counseling in middle and high schools. Eva later returned to school to earn an advanced graduate certificate in mental health counseling at the University at Buffalo. Prior to joining Newton Pediatrics, her clinical roles included school-based counseling, in-home therapy and inpatient pediatric psychiatry. Eva is a member of the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association (MaMCHA).
Outside of work, Eva loves international travel, exploring Boston with her dog Charlie and baking sweet treats.

In therapy, Christina uses psychodynamic, cognitive, and internal family systems theories, integrating mindfulness techniques. She is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative therapeutic alliance tailored to each client’s needs. Christina earned her Bachelor of Arts from Emmanuel College and her Master of Social Work from Simmons University.
Ashley Moffitt is a licensed mental health therapist with a background in clinical mental health counseling and years of experience in both private practice and community mental health. Grounded in trauma-informed and person-centered care, Ashley offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and life transitions.
She is trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based practices—allowing her to tailor treatment for each client’s unique needs. Her work is collaborative and flexible, helping clients move beyond unhelpful patterns toward a more empowered, grounded sense of self.
Ashley is especially experienced with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, or emotional overwhelm. Many of her clients may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel disconnected or exhausted within. Through evidence-based approaches, Ashley helps them build emotional regulation, self-compassion, and stronger interpersonal boundaries.
A fun fact about Ashley: she has created and led group therapy programs that focus on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and self-compassion—affirming her belief that healing happens not just individually, but within community and connection.
He holds a Master of Arts in Agency Counseling and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Educational Psychology from Rhode Island College. Dennis is recognized in The Heritage Registry of Who’s Who and is listed in the Library of Congress and major libraries across North America.
Xinyuan’s approach is open-minded and client-centered, focusing on nurturing and guiding clients as they navigate challenges. Outside of her practice, Xinyuan enjoys cooking.
