Nicole has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who have experienced trauma and suffer from anxiety and depression. As a Professional School Counselor, Nicole worked with middle school students diagnosed with Anxiety, Depression, Autism, ADHD, and OCD. She has also worked with transgender youth and youth experiencing personal conflicts with their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Ashley is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a degree in Social work from Salisbury University. Ashley values “meeting people where they are at”. Meaning she addresses what you are ready to acknowledge while learning the skills and providing tools to move forward. She has over a decade of clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She has school based experience working with children and adolescents. She has worked in the hospital setting providing group therapy as well as performed a role as clinical director providing outpatient services. She has worked with a wide range of mental health diagnosis in different clinical settings to include in home, outpatient and telehealth. Ashley is passionate about providing client centered care and building off of therapeutic relationship to help achieve goals.
Rob is a friendly, experienced, and empathetic therapist who interned with Balance Point Wellness and is now building a case load with the practice who taught him. Graduating top in his class at Goldey-Beacom College, Rob is bringing his experience of treating anxiety, depression and trauma related disorders. Rob has worked with a diverse group of people; women, men, LGBTQ, and First Responders. He is experienced in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy. Robs therapeutic style creates a warm judgement free space that is safe to explore yourself and to make personal insights.
Prior to working in mental health Rob was active duty in the U.S. Air Force; living a life of adventure, he has been to more than a dozen countries, met people from faraway places, and brings that world experience to the therapy room. Rob enjoys day trips, taco trucks, and spending time at home with his fiancé and cats.
Jeanette Wood is a licensed master social worker who has been practicing therapy with adolescents and adults since 2021. Jeanette Graduated from Salisbury University with a master’s degree in social work and obtained licensure in the same year. Jeanette has experience working with adults and adolescents 12 and older and has found a passion for working with adolescents and the unique challenges faced by youth. She has worked with a broad range of diagnoses and concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, grief, and ADHD. Jeanette’s treatment approach is rooted in CBT, MI, and solution focused therapies although she believes in tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs of each client.
Gerardo Grasso, LMSW has over 15 years of experience working with all age groups and specializes in the areas of Autism, Mental Health, and Behavioral Health. His therapeutic methods, approaches, and philosophies primarily focus on supporting his clients to achieve transformational change in their thinking, perception, and behavior. Through a therapeutic alliance/relationship, Gerardo supports his clients in obtaining a significant change in the way they sense the world around them and relating to internal representations in a more positive manner, eventually returning to previous mental models that lead to large alterations in external behavior. Gerardo has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University with a concentration in Clinical Practices. He prefers to utilize a solution-focused approach to therapy. However, he is well-versed in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma informed practices.
Reggie is a Licensed Certified Social Worker, Clinical who earned his degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Social Work. Reggie has experience working with those dealing with anxiety, ADHD, codependency, depression, grief, PTSD, racial issues, trauma, and more. He has provided services in schools, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, community centers, and government agencies.
Reggie generally has an eclectic approach but often utilizes strengths-based perspectives and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as points of reference for intervention. He has a passion for helping others to become aware of subconscious patterns, take responsibility for that which is in their control, commit to course correction, & learn ways to cope with the discomfort of change. Ana is a Licensed Master level Social Worker who earned her master’s degree in social work at Salisbury University and
her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland College Park. Ana enjoys working with children and
adolescents, incorporating CBT and strength-based therapies. Ana has experiencing working with a wide range of clients
within an individual setting. Ana believes in creating a judgment-free space that allows the client to be comfortable and
helps them on their journey to self-discovery.
Jayyidah Clarke has over 10 years’ experience working as a licensed social worker in the behavioral health field. She believes that each person holds the capacity to utilize their creativity to resolve life’s challenges; working together towards developing new insights that inform change.
Jayyidah believes therapy is most effective when we observe/discuss the challenges, symptoms, or problems that bring you to therapy and also observe/discuss your strengths. Sometimes life brings us opportunities to see ourselves more clearly through that with which we struggle. Jayyidah is a fan of mindfulness-based practices and incorporates this practice when clinically appropriate. She also utilizes CBT and play therapy as needed with children and adolescents. Jayyidah works with all ages and has experience working with individuals with dual-diagnosis or trauma.

Amy Nicholson, LCSW-C, is a licensed clinical social worker and has over 14 years of Behavioral Health experience. Amy has worked in a psychiatric inpatient setting in a Co-Occurring Disorders Unit, where she developed over five years of expertise in case management and crisis intervention. In addition, Amy has over 9 year’s experience providing mental health therapy for adults. Amy primarily uses an Eclectic Therapy approach but mostly draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and Mindfulness Techniques to assist her clients. Amy has a wealth of experience and knowledge in treating various conditions, most specifically depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, stress management, and relationship issues. Amy seeks to provide compassion, support, guidance, and her authenticity to enable her clients to draw on their own strengths and reach their full potential.
Tiahna Pantovich is a U.S. Army veteran and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in individual adult therapy, focusing on anxiety, depression grief, mood disorders, substance use, and trauma. She has provided therapy both in Washington, D.C., and Maryland, virtually and in person. Using a mixed-methods, eclectic approach along with her wide-ranging education, she creates a supportive therapeutic space to grow, solve problems, and improve one’s mental health. She has an education in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a graduate degree in Social Work from Howard University. She has conducted research in mental health and social work, publishing in multiple languages. Therapy can be provided in up to three languages virtually on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
