Dr. Frances Bozsik is a Clinical Neuropsychologist at Riverhills Neuroscience, specializing in the comprehensive evaluation of brain-behavior relationships. She brings extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of neurocognitive conditions across various clinical settings.
Dr. Bozsik earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She completed a formal Clinical Neuropsychology Fellowship at the Memphis Veterans Affairs Medical Center and a Clinical Psychology Internship at the Phoenix VAHCS.
Her foundational training also includes a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Missouri State University. Her clinical practice involves conducting detailed neuropsychological evaluations for diverse patient populations, addressing concerns such as neurodegenerative disorders and cognitive decline; traumatic brain injury (TBI) and cerebrovascular accidents (stroke); movement disorders, including Parkinson’s disease; epilepsy and pre-surgical evaluations; and ADHD and attention-related concerns.
In addition to assessment, Dr. Bozsik has experience in neuropsychological intervention, including facilitating cognitive rehabilitation groups to help patients develop coping skills and neuroanatomical psychoeducation. She has also collaborated within transdisciplinary medical teams to assist families in navigating resources for caregiver support and adult day programming.
Dr. Bozsik is an active contributor to the scientific community, having authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented research at international conferences on topics ranging from childhood obesity prevention to the validation of neuropsychological testing tools. She is a member of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology and the Houston Neuropsychological Society.
Dr. Jonathan Steinberg is a clinical psychologist at Riverhills Neuroscience with over 30 years of clinical, training, and management experience. He specializes in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions for patients with complex mental health needs, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders.
Dr. Steinberg earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Miami University and completed his residency at the Northwestern University Medical School Institute of Psychiatry. He also holds a Master of Science from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College. He is a licensed psychologist in the state of Ohio.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Steinberg spent over two decades with the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, where he served as a Staff Psychologist and Coordinator for the Substance Abuse/Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Program. His clinical expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD, Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Motivational Enhancement Therapy.
A recognized leader in the field, Dr. Steinberg is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and has led over 70 workshops for professionals nationwide. He has also served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, teaching seminars on treatment planning and brief intervention.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Steinberg is deeply committed to community service. He served as a trustee for the Hamilton County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board for 24 years, helping to oversee public funds and improve local access to mental health and recovery services.
Katy is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. She has worked with the military, facilitated mental health treatment inside prison systems, and provided services to addiction populations. She is a licensed foster mom, showing up with comprehensive qualities in working with children and teens. She has vast experience in anxiety, depression and trauma-informed care.

Dr. Louis Appiah-Kubi is a Clinical Psychologist with training to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions as well as to conduct psychological testing. He received his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Wright State University’s School of Professional Psychology in Dayton, Ohio. He completed his internship at The Ohio State University’s Counseling and Consultation Service and his postdoctoral training here at Providers for Healthy Living. Dr. Appiah-Kubi has experience working with individuals of varying diversity variables in several settings. Since he's been with Providers for Healthy Living (August 2020), his main focus and specialty has been psychological assessment (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disorders, and General Diagnostic Clarification). Dr. Urbanczyk is a clinical psychologist who has been licensed in the state of Ohio since 2014. A native of northeast Ohio and the daughter of Polish immigrants, she attended Harvard University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She went on to earn her master's degree and doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Denver where she specialized in psychological assessment and psychodynamic theory. She completed her predoctoral internship and doctoral fellowship at Counseling and Consultation Service at The Ohio State University where she continued her career as the assessment coordinator and then assistant director of embedded services before joining Providers for Healthy Living.
