Daniel received his social work license with a concentration in behavioral health from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Daniel has experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages seeking support for challenges such as ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship problems. In addition to his clinical experience, Daniel provided workshops on various topics, including happiness, productivity, relationship skills, and trauma.
His primary approach is CBT and other techniques, such as motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, systems, and existential modalities. Daniel allows the nature of his clients’ personalities and challenges to dictate which particular modality best suits them. Arianna is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counsselor who obtained a Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology with a Counseling Concentration from The University of Baltimore. Arianna is passionate about working with teenagers and adults between the ages of 15 to 45. Beth is a Certified Veterinary Social Worker and also specializes in support after pet loss or separation. In her free time she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Eric Kalman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that attended New York University Silver School of Social Work and received his Master of Social Work degree in 2019. Eric has social work experience in various locations throughout the state of Maryland and has worked with children, adolescents, and adults suffering from a wide range of mental and behavioral health diagnoses. Eric has provided services in different outpatient modalities including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP). She is a Nature-Informed Therapist, certified in Integrated Attachment Family Therapy and SMART (Somatic Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment), with training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy. Her holistic approach emphasizes balance between mind, body, heart, will, and spirit. Heather is passionate about community building and connection through creative group therapy. She holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Montana and a Master’s in Social Work from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Heather began her work in Mental Health working in a Child/Adolescent In-Patient Psychiatric Unit which specialized in Family Therapy. She interned with a Private Practice and was hired upon graduation. She treated individuals, couples, family and ran several groups. Upon moving to Maryland, she began work in several Middle and High Schools, seeing students referred by the Student Assistance Team at each school. Heather uses an Eclectic Approach to assist clients deal with their unique issues, strengths, and circumstances based on the goals each strives to achieve.
