He earned his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Maryland in College Park, graduating summa cum laude in 2005. He received his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society. Dr. Haseeb completed his general surgery internship and urology residency with a strong focus in robotics surgery at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, affiliated with the Washington University School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his fellowship in urologic oncology (accredited by the Society of Urologic Oncology) at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, focusing on cancer immunology. While there, he was awarded the 2016 Conquer Cancer Foundation of ASCO Merit Award.
Throughout his career, Dr. Haseeb has presented at several national and international conferences, including the Society of Urologic Oncology (SUO), Genitourinary American Society of Clinical Oncology (GU-ASCO), European Association of Urology, and American Urological Association (AUA). In 2016, he was awarded the AUA Best Abstract Plenary Presentation and discussed his research with AUANews.
Dr. Haseeb is a member of SUO, GU-ASCO, and AUA. He has also served as a medical correspondence writer for UroToday, submitting over 80 articles.
Dr. Haseeb has served as the Chair of Surgery and Medical Director of Robotic Surgery at the Frederick Health Hospital (formerly Frederick Memorial Hospital) in Maryland.
