Stacey received both her bachelor’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. After earning her doctoral degree, Stacey joined the team at ENT Specialists. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is also a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

She further gained experience providing audiological care for neurodivergent children and working with ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse patient populations in the city of Providence. Dr. Valerie Brickner has been an audiologist for over 11 years and has experience in several different audiology settings. She has worked with Ear, Nose, and Throat specialists in the past and also private practice, manufacturing, and the Veteran’s Administration.
She is a native to Michigan and grew up in a small town near Mt. Pleasant. She first became interested in hearing impairment because of her father. He has had a hearing loss for most of his life. Growing up around him and seeing his struggles with hearing loss has given Valerie a special love for her profession. She strives to treat every patient as she would want someone to treat her father.
She earned her degree at Central Michigan University. For her final year of graduate school, she did an internship in San Antonio, TX. Following graduation, she decided to stay in Texas in the Austin area for a few more years. Valerie then decided to move back to Michigan to be closer to her family again. She proudly served our nations veterans at the Veteran’s Administration for 4 years before decided to work back in the private sector.
