Dr. Chow graduated from Life Chiropractic College West and uses the Gonstead method as his primary technique. It is a highly specific technique that focuses on the root cause of dysfunction and pain. He also implements exercise, soft tissue work, and nutrition into each individual's care plan to maximize patient outcomes.
Dennis Buckley, DC, is an experienced chiropractor and clinical director at Health Advantage Physical Medicine in Pasadena, California.
In 1993, Dr. Buckley graduated with honors from Southern California University of Health Sciences, Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in Whittier, California.
After graduating, he started practicing in Pasadena and worked with Dr. Michael Budincich for 11 years. Dr. Buckley moved to the new Los Angeles College of Chiropractic Pasadena clinic and worked as a private practitioner and clinician.
In March 2009, he started The Health Advantage Health and Wellness Center. In January 2015, the Health Advantage Health and Wellness Center evolved into Health Advantage Physical Medicine.
Dr. Buckley’s passion as a chiropractor extends beyond the clinic. He has served his profession at the local level up to the state level, and from 2004 to 2005, he was president of The California Chiropractic Association. He has served locally as the Chairman of the Board of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Buckley is married and has two “extra sons” and a daughter who serves in the United States Navy. He is from Downey, California, and is a third-generation Southern California native.
Dr. Buckley has run three marathons. He loves to play golf, walk, read, and is a closet history buff. He loves spending time with his family, and he and his wife, Brenda, serve on the Marriage Matters ministry at their church, where they also chair the Marriage Mentor program.
Dr. Buckley mentors students from high school to graduate school and has made a study of success. He has authored two books, “Student Chiropractors On Road to Excellence” and “The Hole In Your Diploma”. He is working on his third book, “The Hole In Your Practice,” which should be out this summer.

Miwa Yoshida, DC, is an experienced chiropractor and center director at Health Advantage Physical Medicine in Pasadena, California. She started her career as a rugby football trainer for Kobe Steelers (10 times Japanese national champion) and loves to study sports injury and training techniques.
Dr. Yoshida has helped train and treat boxing champions and served as a team doctor for the professional basketball team in Japan. She has dedicated her life to learning holistic medicine practices, including acupuncture and chiropractic.
In 1989, Dr. Yoshia graduated from the Meiji College of Oriental Medicine in San Francisco, California. In 1999, she graduated from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic School in California. Dr. Yoshia was an instructor at the Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, California, and supervising doctor/clinician for ten years.
In 2009, Dr. Yoshia co-founded the Health Advantage Health & Wellness Center. And in 2015, she co-founded Health Advantage Physical Medicine. Her knowledge of Eastern and Western medicine, nutrition, supplementation, and sports injury has helped many patients with challenging conditions.
Dr. Yoshida enjoys skiing and snowboarding. She used to be a gymnast and figure skater and has been very active her entire life, including playing soccer. She has four boys who are involved in karate and soccer.

Albert Mu-Hong Tsai, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. As a key member of Memorial Orthopaedic Surgical Group in Long Beach, California, Dr. Tsai is committed to providing the Long Beach community with the best in orthopaedic care.
Dr. Tsai attended Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s in biochemistry. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Tsai attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia where he earned his Doctor of Medicine and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
Dr. Tsai began his career at the University of California in San Diego where he completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery. He then went on to receive additional training in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery at the University of California in Los Angeles.
Dr. Tsai maintains interest in the latest medical advances as a member of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons where he serves as a diplomate. With more than 20 years of experience, Wayne Higashi’s primary goal is to give every patient the comprehensive individualized care they deserve.
After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Dr. Higashi enrolled in the Southern California University of Health Sciences’ chiropractic medicine doctoral program in Whittier, California, which he completed in 2000. Since then, Dr. Higashi has made it his top priority to build a practice that caters to every patient’s unique needs. Victor Nazarian, DC, is an experienced and caring chiropractor in Los Angeles. He has been in practice since 1995 and founded IHS Medical Group to bring patients the best integrated medical care for acute and chronic pain, health, and well-being. Dr. Nazarian completed his doctorate of chiropractic at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in Whittier, California.
