Dr. Om Suchak graduated from the prestigious University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where he honed his skills and knowledge. Committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements, Dr. Om has seamlessly integrated the latest technology into our practice, helping to bring dentistry into the new age.

Dr. Om specializes in Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Digital Dentistry, continuously striving to provide the best possible care to his patients. His expertise and commitment to excellence ensure that our patients receive the most modern and effective treatments available.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Om enjoys staying involved with organized dentistry. Farshin Farokhian, DDS, has been practicing dentistry for 15 years and finds great joy in restoring and creating beautiful smiles at Lake Forest Dental Center in Lake Forest, California. He is an expert in full-mouth reconstruction, including providing porcelain veneers and dental implants. He believes in old-fashioned values like integrity, honesty and treating every patient with kindness, compassion, and understanding.

Dr. Farokhian received his dental degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he graduated with honors and served as president of his class. Upon graduation, Dr. Farokhian received the Clinical Excellence Award and the Baum Gold Foil Award. Dr. Farokhian is also a former assistant professor in the department of restorative dentistry at Loma Linda University, where he taught all aspects of restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Farokhian is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Society.

Farnam Ahmadi Moshtaghin, DDS, is a general dentist at STAR Family Dental, providing complete oral health care to people of all ages living in and around Bellflower, California.

Dr. Moshtaghin was born and raised in Iran. He earned his dental degree from Tehran Azad University in Tehran. After graduation, Dr. Moshtaghin entered private practice, serving at several dental offices in Tehran over the next decade.

In 2017, Dr. Moshtaghin moved to the United States. He enrolled at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Aurora, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Kathy Soleimani, DDS, is a highly trained dentist with a love for creating beautiful healthy smiles. She provides environmentally-conscious dentistry services to patients at Dental Aesthetics and Wellness Center, located in Aliso Viejo, California. 

Dr. Soleimani graduated in 1998, among the top of her clinical class with honors from the prestigious University of Lille II in France.

Dr. Soleimani’s area of special interest is prevention and biocompatible dentistry. Her approach to care centers around treating her patients as a systemic whole.

He has been a great addition to the professional team working alongside his father, Dr. David. When Dr. Jason is not working, he enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball, soccer, and tennis.

Mani Matin, DDS, provides expert general dentistry services to patients of all ages at Esthetic Partners Dental Group, in Ontario, California. 

Dr. Matin completed his undergraduate education at George Mason University and Virginia Commonwealth University. He then completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. In addition, he shadowed Dr. Cyrus Akhbari in pediatric dentistry and training experiences at Pediatric Dental Care in Sterling, Virginia, and Northridge Dental Group in California. He also participated in implant training and is Invisalign certified.

Leila Hakim, D.D.S. graduated with honors from the USC School of Dentistry. She is heavily involved in community dentistry, and has travelled to Honduras, Panama, the Philippines and throughout California to provide care for underserved patients. She prioritizes making patients feel heard and comfortable by taking the time to explain treatment options and answer questions.

Fariba Assil, D.D.S. received her dental degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry. Patients love Dr. Assil’s kind and nurturing personality, and she never fails to make patients feel right at home.
