Yelena Shapiro, DDS, MS, is a conscientious, skilled, and personable prosthodontist, cosmetic and implant dentist who delivers exceptional patient care efficiently and accurately. Kenn Kakosian, DDS, PhD, is an experienced dentist serving New York City patients at DentAlign NYC in Midtown East, Manhattan. Dr. Kakosian has been in the dental field for over forty years and has a number of degrees.
Dr. Kakosian initially graduated from dental school in Yerevan, Armenia, in 1983 and began performing oral surgeries. From 1990-1991, he participated in scientific research for Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder in Moscow, Russia, and Geneva, Switzerland. Dr. Kenn received his PhD in 1992 and began studying orthodontics.

He has been an assistant professor at New York University Dental School since 2005.
