I looked at the watch when I left the house, it was 8:08 AM. When I came to the office they asked me for my insurance card and I was told to wait. The doctor Rosenbach came to the office at 8:30 AM. Maybe 10 min after that the receptionist, who wasn't nice at all, gave me the stack of paper to fill. I told her that I am the patient of this office for a while, and filled all the papers before. She said they are updating the information, and I have to fill all of the forms again. It took me 20 more minutes to do. I asked her why she didn't give it to me right away, while the doctor was not in the office, and she told me in a not nice manner, that she was busy. Finally, I was taken to see the doctor at about 9:00 AM. The doctor checked me pretty fast and told me that he is giving me a gift, he is not going to charge me for this appointment. I was very surprised and asked him why. This is the answer I received: "You are coming for the checkup, insurance pays me almost nothing for this visit, I don't want to waste my time on the patients like you, instead I can see someone for the cosmetic procedure and make 5 times as much money. Also, you came late for your appointment, and my receptionist doesn't like you". (Btw, I did Botox with him once, paid $500, and didn't get any results. I basically paid $500 for nothing. A month later I went to another doctor, cosmetic surgeon, who knows what he is doing, to do it again, and paid $400 more). I told dr. Rosenbach, his receptionist was very rude and it's not acceptable for the receptionist to behave this way. His reply was: "I am not going to look for a new receptionist, I want her to be happy, so I want you to look for another dermatologist". It was very humiliating. It is impossible now to find the dermatologist who wants to do regular dermatology. Why bother, if they can do the cosmetic procedures and make much more money. It is extremely disappointing that dermatologists are allowed to do the cosmetic work, and don't want to provide the dermatology services anymore. We have cosmetic doctors for it. He then completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at Tulane University in New Orleans before pursuing General Surgery training at Virginia Mason Medical Center. He also completed his dermatology residency at the University of Southern California. He completed his Mohns Surgical training at Norris Cancer Center in Los Angeles.
Dr. Sidhu is a board-certified dermasurgeon with a background in dermatologic surgery and general surgery. He also is specialized in skin cancer and cosmetic treatments. Dr. Sidhu has carried out over 25,000 skin cancer surgeries to date since he first opened his practice.
Dr. Sidhu has extensive training and expertise in MOHS micrographic surgery, cosmetic surgery, and plastic surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology, is a member of the American Medical Association, and is a fellow of the American Society for Dermatological Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology.
Kavita Surti, MD, is a lead physician and cosmetic specialist at Rancho Wellness Aesthetic, a state-of-the-art cosmetic medicine practice located in Rancho Cucamonga, California. With nearly 15 years in the medical field, Dr. Surti is passionate about using her expertise and experience to help patients in the San Bernardino area look and feel their absolute best.
Dr. Surti provides a full scope of cosmetic services, including advanced laser procedures for skin rejuvenation and tattoo removal, and Botox® and dermal fillers for long-lasting wrinkle reduction. As a board-certified ophthalmologist, she specializes in blepharoplasty, a cosmetic eyelid surgery designed to lift loose or droopy eyelids.
To help her patients get the aesthetic results they’re seeking, Dr. Surti always strives to maintain the highest level of communication. After graduating with highest honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Dr. Surti received her medical degree, also with highest honors, from Wayne State School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. She then went on to complete a three-year residency program in ophthalmology at the nationally renowned program of Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Surti is also the founder and medical director of Citrus Valley Eye Care in Covina, California. She’s fluent in Spanish and welcomes all patients.
