Dr. Simone Mckitty, a native of New York City, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with honors. She received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, where she was awarded the Deans Award for academic excellence. She completed her medical internship at Columbia University Hospital in NYC. In 2006 she completed her dermatology residency at Howard University Hospital and the Veterans Administrative Medical Center in Washington DC.

Daniel Di Cesare, MD, is a skilled and compassionate physician at Orange Coast Dermatology, a medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology practice with two locations in Rancho Santa Margarita and Mission Viejo, California. As the son of missionary parents, Dr. Di Cesare grew up helping people. “Caring for people is second nature.” So it was only natural he became a doctor.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, he initially focused on internal medicine and pediatrics during his residency at the University of Texas, Houston Medical School | MD Anderson Cancer Center. But after a clinical research fellowship in dermatology, followed by a residency in dermatology, he knew he found the specialty for him. Research in dermatology fueled his interest in the field.

Jeffrey Lander, MD, PhD is a board certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon who has practiced in Orange County, California since 2007. Dr. Lander is a native of Southern California. He received his Ph.D. in Biological Sciences at UC, Irvine before completing his medical school and dermatology residency at the University of Minnesota.

He has completed an additional 1-year fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology for in-office skin cancer surgery and reconstruction. 

He has performed well over 10,000 Mohs surgery and reconstruction procedures.  Prior to becoming a physician/dermatologist/Mohs surgeon, he was a newspaper carrier, door-to-door salesman, pharmacy clerk, florist, animal biology laboratory instructor, analytical chemist, chromatographer, science lecturer, and graduate student in molecular biology. 

He lives with his wife and 3 children in San Clemente, CA.
