Dr. Margaret A. Kelleher is a graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee and Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia.
Dr. Kelleher is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Upon completion of an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, she served as a clinical instructor of medicine at the same institution and at the associated Veteran's Administration Hospital. She furthered her training at All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg where she completed a fellowship year in Allergy and Clinical Immunology. In this position she was responsible for the daily management of allergic, immune suppressed, and bone-marrow transplant patients, both children and adult.

Dr. Sailesh Konda, MD is an American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) fellowship-trained skin cancer and reconstructive surgeon at Lotus Dermatology. He is board-certified in dermatology and Mohs surgery. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of Florida Health System where he serves as Director of Mohs Surgery and Surgical Dermatology and Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology (MSDO) Fellowship Program Director.
He grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida and left the sunshine state to complete his undergraduate and medical education at the George Washington University as part of a competitive seven-year BS/MD program. He went on to complete an internship in internal medicine at Boston University/Boston Medical Center and worked as a research associate at the University of California, San Francisco. After completing his dermatology residency at Howard University Hospital and serving as chief resident during his final year, he received additional fellowship training in Mohs surgery/procedural dermatology in southern California at Loma Linda University Medical Center. During his fellowship, he also worked at Riverside County Regional Medical Center and served as a volunteer assistant clinical professor at the University of California, Riverside. He has collaborated and co-authored over 80 research publications and book chapters with colleagues from around the country. He has given over 130 invited presentations and lectures in dermatology at local, regional, and national meetings. He is a recipient of numerous scholarships and awards including the University of Florida Health Physicians Excellence in Patient Satisfaction, University of Florida College of Medicine Exemplary Teacher Award, and University of Florida College of Medicine Departmental Clinical Excellence Award.
Dr. Konda returned to Florida in 2015 and is excited to be back and take care of his fellow Floridians. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery.
Dr. Rishi Patel, MD is a double board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist at Lotus Dermatology. He practices adult and pediatric medical dermatology and dermatopathology and has practiced in the Tampa Bay area since 2015.
Dr. Patel received his medical degree from and completed his dermatology residency with Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He finished his dermatopathology fellowship at New York University in New York.
He has served on the faculty at the prestigious New York University Department of Dermatology and has over 100 presentations and publications in leading peer-reviewed journals. He is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatopathology, and American Contact Dermatitis Society.
