Grace Delerme, DNP, FNP-C is a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of patient care experience,
blending a strong foundation in critical care with a deep passion for dermatology. She earned her
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing at Mercer University
and began her career in critical care intensive units, where she served as both a charge nurse and
a rapid response nurse.

After 12 years in the ICU, Grace pursued her Family Nurse Practitioner license and joined
Cleaver Dermatology and Aesthetics, where she developed expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range
of dermatological conditions. She later took a break from patient care to support her husband’s
career overseas in Germany and Thailand.

Now back home in Georgia, Grace is thrilled to reunite with Cleaver Dermatology and Aesthetics, bringing
her expertise, compassion, and commitment to delivering the highest quality of care to her
patients. In addition to her clinical work, she proudly serves as an Advisory Board Member for
Clinics IV Life, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding maternal and newborn

Larissa Melnik, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology at Cleaver Dermatology and Aesthetics in Dawsonville, Cumming, and Toccoa, GA.

Ansley Pulsifer, DNP, FNP-C is a Franklin County, Georgia native and excited to provide dermatologic care to her community and surrounding areas. She sees patients at the office in Lavonia, Georgia.

Ansley attended the University of Georgia for completion of pre-nursing curriculum prior to transferring to Augusta University where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2016. Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, Ansley was an intensive care nurse and clinical instructor prior to transitioning to dermatology. In 2022, Ansley received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with concentration in Family Medicine from Augusta University. Before joining Cleaver Dermatology and Aesthetics, Ansley expanded her knowledge by practicing in primary care for one year.

Outside of work, Ansley enjoys spending time with her family at the lake and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. She and her husband, Bobby have two children, Hank and Molly.

Ansley is a full-time provider at our Lavonia location and is currently accepting new patients.

​Weston T. Waxweiler MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist providing compassionate and effective care to patients at Southern Skin and Beauty Bar, with offices in Cumming and Dawsonville, Georgia.

Dr. Waxweiler is originally from Duluth, Georgia, and graduated from Duluth High School. He completed his undergraduate degree with honors at Davidson College on a full scholarship. 

Before graduating, Dr. Waxweiler spent a year studying melanoma at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill as a Doris Duke Fellow. He then moved to Denver, Colorado, to complete his internship with his little brother at Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center. 

Finally, he completed his dermatologic residency at the University of California Irvine,-a program well-known nationwide for its extensive cosmetic training.

When not working, he enjoys fly fishing, hiking, travel, and reading. Dr. Waxweiler looks forward to continuing to serve the dermatologic needs of his hometown for years to come.

Dr. Nathan J Cleaver D.O., FAOCD, FAAD is the Cleaver Medical Group's board-certified dermatologist.  In addition to his expertise in complex medical dermatology, Dr. Cleaver has performed fellowships with additional certifications in both dermatopathology and Mohs micrographic surgery.  Nathan J. Cleaver D.O. completed his dermatopathology fellowship at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology in New York, New York, a fellowship and institution known both nationally and internationally for its excellence in dermatopathology.

After the completion of his dermatopathology fellowship, Dr. Cleaver went on to complete a Mohs micrographic surgery fellowship at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Missouri.  He completed his dermatology residency, where he served as chief resident, at Michigan State University - St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Dr. Cleaver completed his internship at the St. John Health System in 2011 located in Oakland County, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit.  He received his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, located in Kirksville, Missouri.  Dr. Cleaver's professional interests include cutaneous oncology, analysis and management of pigmented lesions and melanoma, and tropical and infectious dermatology and dermatopathology.

During his residency, he spent a month in southern Africa practicing dermatology in both urban and rural settings, servicing for a month as the only public dermatologist in the country of Botswana.  He has authored chapters in textbooks, numerous articles in scientific journals, as well as national presentations to his peers in the dermatology community.  One of his most rewarding professional experiences is his position as an associate professional for Northeast Regional Medical Center's dermatology residency program, teaching weekly didactic dermatopathology sessions for dermatology residents both locally and nationally.

Mallory Sheehan, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in dermatology at Cleaver Dermatology and Aesthetics in Dawsonville, Cumming, and Toccoa, GA. A Georgia native from Marietta, Mallory earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Piedmont College in Athens. Weston Waxweiler, MD, FAAD, is a dermatologist at Cleaver Dermatology and Aesthetics-Cumming, Dahlonega, Lavonia, and Toccoa, Georgia locations.

Dr. Waxweiler completed his undergraduate degree with honors at Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, which he attended on a full scholarship. During his undergraduate studies, Dr. Waxweiler worked on a medical study-abroad trip in Kikuyu, Kenya, where he developed a desire to practice medicine.

Dr. Waxweiler earned his medical degree with honors at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He studied melanoma at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Doris Duke Fellow before moving to Denver, Colorado, to complete his internship at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center. To finalize his education, Dr. Waxweiler moved to California to complete a dermatologic residency at the University of California, Irvine, where he gained extensive experience with cosmetics, pediatric dermatology, and skin cancer.

Abby Wisely, PA-C, is a physician assistant at Cleaver Medical Group Dermatology in Cumming, Georgia. 

Abby grew up in Roswell, Georgia, before moving to Columbus, Georgia, during her teenage years and graduating from Brookstone School, a private college-preparation school. She earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science at the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Abby returned to Columbus and gained valuable experience as a medical assistant in a dermatology practice before returning to South Carolina in 2019. It was in South Carolina where, in 2019, she earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

Before joining the team at Cleaver Dermatology and Aesthetics, Abby expanded her medical knowledge by working in primary care for 18 months.

When she’s not at work, Abby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and exploring new areas of Atlanta.

Rebecca Watson, NP-C, is a family nurse practitioner at Cleaver Dermatology and Aesthetics in Toccoa, Georgia. She has been seeing patients of all ages and genders at the Toccoa office since August 2021.   

Rebecca received her associate degree in nursing in 2011 from North Georgia College and State University in Dahlonega (now one of four campuses of the University of North Georgia). She earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in 2017 at Jacksonville State University in Alabama and her master’s degree in 2019 from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.

Rebecca is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Dermatology Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
