After earning his doctor of medicine degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, Dr. Long relocated to New York City for his postgraduate training. He went through both his internship and internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Long completed a second residency, specializing in dermatology, at the New York University (NYU) Langone Medical Center, which is one of the premier dermatology programs in the United States.
To ensure he’s always up-to-date in the latest medical advancements, Dr. Long maintains his fellowship with the American Academy of Dermatology, as well as his membership with the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She earned her doctor of medicine degree from New York University (NYU). During medical school, Dr. Wendy Long published the public education book entitled “Coping with Melanoma and Other Skin Cancers.”
Dr. Wendy Long went on to finish an internal medicine internship, followed up by a dermatology residency at the University of Michigan. Throughout her residency, she was an integral part of the treatment of melanomas, from diagnosis through treatment, in one of the largest multidisciplinary melanoma care centers in the world.

Santiago Centurion, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist, dermatopathologist, and Mohs surgeon practicing at Dermatology Associates of Central NJ in Old Bridge, Freehold, Tom's River, and Union, New Jersey. Dr. Centurion specializes in the treatment and evaluation of skin cancer. Before joining Dermatology Associates, Dr. Centurion was chief of dermatologic surgery at the East Orange Veterans Hospital.
Dr. Centurion’s career is firmly rooted in New Jersey, starting with his residency in dermatology, fellowship in dermatopathology, and training in Mohs surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he later rose to director of dermatologic surgery. One of the largest schools of health sciences of its kind, the University of Medicine and Dentistry is considered the leading research university in New Jersey.
Over the course of his distinguished career, Dr. Centurion has instructed countless medical fellows, residents, and students on skin cancer surgery. He has performed several thousand Mohs, dermatologic, and laser surgeries. His expertise is documented in numerous published scientific papers, as well as in his contributions to scores of dermatology textbooks.

Carolyn Stull, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. She treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical reconstruction following skin cancer removal, and facial aesthetics.
Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. She also served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials testing oncolytic viruses and immunotherapies for skin cancer treatment.
Dr. Stull has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. She has been an invited speaker at regional and national meetings, and has been awarded grant funding from the University of Pennsylvania Center for Human Appearance and the Pennsylvania Medical Society for medical device innovation. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Outside of the office Dr. Stull enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband who is plastic surgeon and their daughter.
Marisa Garshick, MD, FAAD is a leading board-certified dermatologist serving patients throughout Manhattan, New York and Englewood, NJ at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, as well as an assistant clinical professor of dermatology at Cornell - New York Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Garshick provides a wide variety of cosmetic and medical procedures and services including treatments for acne, eczema, hyperhidrosis, moles, psoriasis, rosacea, signs of aging, skin cancer, skin tags, vitiligo, and wrinkles.
She completed her undergraduate education at Emory University and attended medical school at Tufts University School of Medicine, where she graduated with Research Honors and Alpha Omega Alpha. As a medical student, Dr. Garshick was awarded the prestigious Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship at Harvard Medical School, during which she performed dermatology clinical trials and research at Massachusetts General Hospital. She was also awarded the American Medical Women’s Association Glasgow-Rubin Academic Achievement Award for graduating in the top of her class and the William Dameshek Award for Research Excellence. She completed her dermatology residency at Cornell’s New York Presbyterian Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident in Dermatology. Dr. Garshick has numerous publications in scientific journals and book chapters, including a chapter on the treatment of acne, and has presented at national meetings. She specializes in general medical dermatology, including adults and pediatrics, and cosmetic dermatology, including neurotoxins, fillers, chemical peels, and lasers. Dr. Garshick is also involved in teaching the dermatology residents at Cornell, leading discussions reviewing the latest dermatology literature. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the Women’s Dermatologic Society, as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor.
