Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 25 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.
He acts as the practice’s medical director, encouraging his team to provide the best skin care services in the area. He focuses on general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable fillers.
Dr. Onorato completed his undergraduate studies at Adelphi University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Robert Bacigalupi, MD, FAAD, is proud to be the Director of MOHS Surgery at All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, serving Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.
He is board-certified in dermatology and dermatologic surgery, and he specializes in general dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer patients, and facial reconstruction. He also practices cosmetic surgery, including laser therapy and injectable neurotoxins and fillers.
Dr. Bacigalupi is a clinical instructor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai in New York City, where he previously completed his procedural dermatology fellowship. He received his medical degree from Tulane University’s School of Medicine, where he was honored with the Alpha Omega Alpha and the Oscar Creech Surgery Awards. He then served as chief resident at Tulane.

Samantha Busgith is a licensed and certified Family Nurse Practitioner at All Island Dermatology Plastic Surgery & Laser Center in Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.
Samantha earned her Master of Science in nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner post-master's degree at Columbia University, and is currently working on her clinical Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Columbia University with a focus in dermatology.
Prior to completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree, Samantha worked in dermatology for 12 years and this is where she developed her passion for this field. She worked under the guidance of physicians providing care to a wide demographic of patients with special focus on medical dermatology. Samantha is known for her caring, competent, and compassionate nature even when dealing with the most challenging cases. Over the years her experience includes treatment of patients with psoriasis, vitiligo, alopecia, warts, molluscum contagiosum, skin cancer screening, acne, hair loss, eczema and contact dermatitis.

Jonathan Beschloss, MD, FAAD, is a native of Westbury, and he’s proud to serve his home community at All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, in Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.
Dr. Beschloss has a diverse background of service, and is committed to care centered around patients and their families. He focuses on partnerships and patient education to deliver the highest quality dermatology services. He’s skilled in all areas of dermatology, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic.
A board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Beschloss is also a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He received his medical degree at Cornell Medical College in 2005 after serving 10 years as an aviator in the United States Navy.
Dr. Beschloss subsequently continued his naval service as a flight surgeon completing tours in Iraq with the United States Marine Corps. He went on to complete his Dermatology residency at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and National Institutes of Health in 2012.
Dr. Beschloss led restorative care efforts for wounded warriors as the head of dermatology at Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune, using the latest dermatologic and laser technology to help active duty members, their families, and veterans with disfiguring scars and comprehensive dermatologic care.

Adam Nabatian, MD, FAAD, FACMS, is a board-certified dermatologist practicing at Integrated Dermatology of NJ, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Dr. Nabatian completed his undergraduate studies at New York University, graduating Magna cum laude with honors. He then attended UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and performed his residency in Dermatology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He then went on to complete an additional Mohs/Procedural Dermatology Fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, NY, where he continues to serve as a clinical Instructor. Dr. Nabatian is also a clinic instructor at Montefiore Medical Center, where he teaches medical students and residents.
Dr. Nabatian has received numerous honors and awards and has contributed to the field with his research, publications, and presentations. Dr. Alexander Shraga is a Board-Certified Dermatologist who has been in practice since completing his residency training in 2003. He studied medicine at the highly-regarded Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland, earning his MD degree at one of the top medical schools in the country. He also earned a Master's in Public Health (MPH) from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. He graduated from Hopkins with academic honors and was inducted into the Delta Omega honor society. Following medical school, he performed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Long Island Jewish Medical Center and completed his Residency in Dermatology at the New York Medical College program.
Dr. Shraga has received numerous awards and honors throughout his education and training. He has co-authored a textbook chapter and has published articles in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Journal of Skin and Aging. He has delivered presentations at the New York Academy of Medicine and at the annual national meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology.
On staff at Princeton Medical Center, he has served as a consultant on-call to the hospital and emergency room and has given lectures to resident physicians and medical students. He has also served as Section Chief, Section of Dermatology, Department of Medicine.

Lainey Ortiz, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Integrated Dermatology of NJ, located in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
Mrs. Ortiz received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The College of William and Mary and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from LIU in Brooklyn, New York. She is a member of The American Academy of Physician Assistants and The Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Mrs. Ortiz specializes in treating and educating patients about various skin conditions, including but not limited to acne, eczema, rosacea, fungal infections, skin cancer, and warts. She takes pleasure in discussing skincare regimens and cosmetic treatments tailored to each individual’s skin matters. Acne and rosacea are two conditions she focuses on treating as she personally has encountered these difficult skin obstacles.

Aton M. Holzer, MD, FAAD, FACMS, is a seasoned Mohs surgeon who is the Director of Mohs Surgery in the Department of Dermatology at Tel Aviv-Sourasky (Ichilov) Medical Center in Tel Aviv, Israel, a major academic hospital in the heart of a bustling metropolis, where he supervises a busy Mohs unit with three surgeons, residents and student rotators, and also serves as director of the American College of Mohs Surgery Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology (MSDO) fellowship program.
Dr. Holzer was born and raised in Queens, New York. He completed his undergraduate studies at Yeshiva University, graduating summa cum laude, and went on to complete a master's degree in modern Jewish history. He then attended medical school at Weill Medical College of Cornell University, where he graduated with an M.D. with Honors in Research, and where he was awarded the prestigious “Good Physician” award. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital, a four-year Research Track residency in dermatology at the University of Alabama-Birmingham, and a fellowship in Mohs Surgery and Procedural Dermatology at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas under the tutelage of Leonard H. Goldberg, MD. In the past, he has worked as a dermatologist and Mohs surgeon in both South Miami and Pembroke Pines, Florida and as a part-time teledermatology consultant for Refuah Health Center in Rockland County, New York.
Since 2015, he has divided his time between Israel and the United States. He commutes back to the U.S. one week per month to treat Mohs patients in our East Brunswick office, as well as numerous other offices in the Northeast, mostly in communities that are relatively underserved by Mohs surgeons. He is a fellow member of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology, and is a member of the Israel Medical Association. Dr. Holzer has authored a published chapter in a dermatology textbook and has authored and co-authored dozens of articles published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals. He has delivered talks and his work has been presented at national and international Mohs and dermatology conferences. He lives in Beit Shemesh, Israel with his wife and six children.

Irina received her bachelor's degree in biology from Bar-Ilan University in Tel-Aviv, Israel. She graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at UMDNJ School of Health-Related Professions, one of the top programs in the country.
Prior to joining Integrated Dermatology of NJ, Irina worked in interventional cardiology catheter labs for seven years and in private practice with an endocrinologist for one year. She trained extensively in dermatology, which has been an important part of the practice since 2008.

Dr. Michael Kurzman is a respected, board-certified dermatologist practicing in Staten Island, New York; near Rossville and Pleasant Plains. Sergey Petrosian DO is a board-certified dermatologist at the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®). Dr. Petrosian treats adult and pediatric patients at three of SINY’s® offices, in the Forest Hills area of Queens as well as the Bay Ridge and Park Slope areas of Brooklyn, New York.
He is a native of New York City who grew up in Queens and attended Brooklyn Technical High School. After earning a bachelor of science degree from SUNY Stony Brook University, Dr. Petrosian received his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM/NYITCOM) in Westbury, New York. He then completed his residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Queens, New York in affiliation with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Petrosian attended, presented and lectured at many conferences as a resident, he also received many scholastic accolades in that time. During his residency Dr. Petrosian consistently scored amongst the top percentile in the nation on in-service examinations. He trained with and received mentorship from various experts in many fields of dermatology who practice here in New York City. His training in New York City gave him exposure to a very large and diverse patient population.

Dr. Ezra Hazan is a board certified dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs surgeon. He graduated with honors from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed his dermatology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and cosmetic dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Hazan is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and American College of Mohs Surgery. Vignesh Ramachandran, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology who treats adults and children in full-spectrum general, medical, and cosmetic dermatology conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails. When he was a child, he and his family immigrated to a small town of 16,000 in Ontario, Canada before his educational journey brought him to the United States. Dr. Ramachandran still maintains those small town values, merging relentless hard work with compassion, honesty and humility to care for his patients and community.
Dr. Ramachandran graduated as a Presidential Scholar from the Dean’s Scholars Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin. He then graduated #1 in his medical school class at the top-ranked Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he was inducted into the prestigious Gold Humanism and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Societies. He went on to complete his internship in Internal Medicine at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, where he was awarded Outstanding Intern of the Year. Dr. Ramachandran then completed his dermatology residency at the world-renowned Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at New York University. Sherry H. Hsiung, MD, is a board-certified dermatologic surgeon at the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®). Dr. Hsiung also practices general and cosmetic dermatology at SINY’s® three New York City–area offices, in the city’s West Village and in the Bay Ridge and Park Slope areas of Brooklyn, New York.
At the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Dr. Hsiung earned undergraduate degrees in both biology and chemical engineering, graduating with honors. While earning her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School in Philadelphia, she was a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She then completed her residency in dermatology at New York University School of Medicine in New York City, serving as chief resident.
