A Midwest native, Dr. Nyckowski grew up near Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and later attended medical school at Des Moines University in Iowa, where he graduated with honors. Shortly after graduation, Dr. Nyckowski worked as a hospital physician for his internship at the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Affiliate Hospitals in Milwaukee.
Relocating to Orlando, Florida, Dr. Nyckowski completed his dermatology residency with Kansas City University’s prestigious program in Florida. Here, he served as both chief resident and resident cosmetic trainer.
Specializing in medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Nyckowski has a dedicated interest in the early detection and treatment of skin cancer. He is the author of over 20 peer-reviewed dermatology publications and is a guest editor for several journals. He believes in the progress of medicine and the importance of continuous study.

Amanda Hulce, APRN, is an advanced registered nurse practitioner at Orlando Dermatology Center in Oviedo, Lake Mary, and Orlando, Florida.
Amanda studied at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as a Burnett’s Honors College graduate. Later, she received her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia.
After several years working as an emergency room nurse, Amanda became a nurse practitioner. Since that time, Amanda has found her passion in dermatology. She dedicates herself to helping her patients, treating their diverse conditions and empowering them in the process. She continues to stay current on the latest dermatologic advancements and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
When she’s not treating patients, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
Vitaly Blatnoy, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and founder of the Orlando Dermatology Center in Oviedo, Lake Mary, Casselberry, and Orlando, Florida.
Dr. Blatnoy studied medicine internationally and brings this unique experience to patients at Orlando Dermatology Center. He graduated from the National Medical University of Kyiv in Ukraine at the top of his class. Dilan graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Health Science and minor in Health Service Administration. She graduated trom ECPI University College earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She continued her education earning her Master of Science in Nursing at ECPI University College
During her time as a registered nurse she worked at a level one trauma center hospital on the trauma/elective orthopedic unit, triage, and in the operating room. She always had an interest and passion for Dermatology.
Her focus is on the early detection and treatment of skin cancer with a passion to provide quality care in medical dermatology. Justin Fitz, PA-C, is a Space Coast native and is honored to give back to his community by serving patients at Brevard Medical Dermatology. He provides compassionate care from the practice's convenient office location in Melbourne, Florida.
Justin has been a certified Physician's Assistant for 12 years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Eastern Kentucky University in 2008, followed by his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University in 2010.

Michael Spicer, M.D., F.A.A.D., is a leading dermatologist, dedicated to providing skilled, compassionate care for patients throughout the Brevard County area. At Brevard Medical Dermatology in all locations, Dr. Spicer offers comprehensive treatment for all types of dermatologic issues, including acne, melanoma, warts, dermatitis, skin cancer, moles, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
Dual board-certified in dermatology and dermatopathology, Dr. Spicer earned his bachelor’s degree at Rutgers University and his medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry NJ (UMDNJ) - New Jersey Medical School. Dyan Harvey, DO, is a board-certified physician specializing in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. She founded Unique Dermatology & Wellness Center, which serves patients in Valrico, Florida, as well as the surrounding areas.
Dr. Harvey is extensively trained in all areas of dermatology and has a particular interest in skin cancer detection and treatment, skin care, acne, and aesthetics. She performs all cosmetic injectable procedures personally.
With experience and training in all skin types, Dr. Harvey remains one of the leading authorities in the treatment of ethnic skin concerns. She is an expert in providing cosmetic and skin care services to people of Asian, Indian, and Latin heritage.
A native of Florida, Dr. Harvey earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and then went on to attend medical school at Nova Southeastern College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She finished her internship and residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center in South Florida, where she was involved in instructing and training medical students as she worked alongside reputed professionals in the dermatology program. Following her residency, Dr. Harvey pursued additional dermatology training.
Dr. Harvey is currently on the medical staff of South Florida Baptist Hospital and is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association.
