Dr. Shivani V. Tripathi is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She is an active member in the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS). Dr. Tripathi completed her dermatology residency training at Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to joining Missouri Dermatology, Dr. Tripathi was an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Washington University in St. Louis caring for high-risk skin cancer patients, providing general dermatology care, teaching and lecturing residents, and performing cosmetic and surgical procedures. She has lectured at the AAD and ASDS meetings, and has been involved in AAD and ASDS Advocacy efforts for patients and the field of dermatology. She has authored multiple academic dermatology journal articles and textbooks, and has been active in dermatologic clinical research as well.
She has an interest in surgical and cosmetic dermatology, as well as general dermatology. She is very patient focused, believing in an informed and holistic approach to medicine. Outside of the practice, Dr. Tripathi cherishes time with her husband, daughter and son. Her husband is also a physician, an Interventional Radiologist, as well as St. Louis native and an avid St. Louis Blues and Cardinals fan. She feels fortunate to provide dermatologic care for her St. Louis patients and surrounding communities doing work she loves.
