When he was a child, he and his family immigrated to a small town of 16,000 in Ontario, Canada before his educational journey brought him to the United States. Dr. Alexander Shraga is a Board-Certified Dermatologist who has been in practice since completing his residency training in 2003. He studied medicine at the highly-regarded Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland, earning his MD degree at one of the top medical schools in the country. He also earned a Master's in Public Health (MPH) from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. He graduated from Hopkins with academic honors and was inducted into the Delta Omega honor society. Following medical school, he performed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Long Island Jewish Medical Center and completed his Residency in Dermatology at the New York Medical College program.

Holzer, MD, FAAD, FACMS, is a seasoned Mohs surgeon who is the Director of Mohs Surgery in the Department of Dermatology at Tel Aviv-Sourasky (Ichilov) Medical Center in Tel Aviv, Israel, a major academic hospital in the heart of a bustling metropolis, where he supervises a busy Mohs unit with three surgeons, residents and student rotators, and also serves as director of the American College of Mohs Surgery Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology (MSDO) fellowship program.
Dr. Holzer was born and raised in Queens, New York. He completed his undergraduate studies at Yeshiva University, graduating summa cum laude, and went on to complete a master's degree in modern Jewish history. He then attended medical school at Weill Medical College of Cornell University, where he graduated with an M.D. with Honors in Research, and where he was awarded the prestigious “Good Physician” award. Yelena Vevitsis is a licensed Physician Assistant, who received her bachelor of science degree in biology from Pace University and completed her Physician Assistant program at NYC Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital. She has been practicing Dermatology for more than 20 years.

Eyal Levit, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist at Levit Dermatology in the Manhattan Beach area of Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Levit completed his residency at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, now New York Presbyterian Hospital, in 1999. In recognition of his exceptional skill, he received additional fellowship training at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Garshick’s post-graduate training in dermatology began with an internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She completed her dermatology residency at Cornell’s New York Presbyterian Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident in Dermatology. Dr. Garshick has numerous publications in scientific journals and book chapters, including a chapter on the treatment of acne, and has presented at national meetings. She specializes in general medical dermatology, including adults and pediatrics, and cosmetic dermatology, including neurotoxins, fillers, chemical peels, and lasers. Dr. Garshick is also involved in teaching the dermatology residents at Cornell, leading discussions reviewing the latest dermatology literature. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the Women’s Dermatologic Society, as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor.
Dr. Garshick and her colleagues at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery are currently accepting new patients and accept most major forms of insurance.
