Nicole attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and The University of Detroit Mercy. In 2002, she began her career as a Physician Assistant in surgery and high-risk obstetrics.
During her time working in surgery and high-risk obstetrics, Nicole quickly found her passion in Women's Health. She is humbled and grateful to care for women and their families during one of the most miraculous times in life. She is especially interested in Diabetes in Pregnancy and Nutrition.
When not caring for patients, Nicole enjoys the beautiful state of Michigan, being active outdoors, and spending time with her two children. She is thrilled to be a part of the Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C., team!

Madison Frick, PA-C, is a compassionate and dedicated physician assistant specializing in women’s health at Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, she is excited to serve the communities of Rochester Hills, Lenox, and Troy, Michigan.
Before pursuing her career as a physician assistant, Madison earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. During this time, she spent over two years working as a medical scribe with Oakland Macomb Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she gained valuable experience alongside skilled physicians. Madison then went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University, further honing her expertise in women’s health.
Madison is dedicated to creating a supportive, open environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is passionate about educating women on their health options, promoting informed decision-making, and helping patients take an active role in their healthcare. In addition to her clinical work in the office, Madison also serves patients in the triage department, ensuring comprehensive care across all aspects of patient needs.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her three French bulldogs. She also loves running and exploring new travel destinations.

Saginaw Valley State University, Recovery Pathways LLC. Dr. Matthew Mitchell has been part of the recovery movement since 1998. During that time, he developed residential programs for adolescents struggling with SUD and participated in research on the effectiveness of MAT, cognitive-behavioral counseling, and specialized programs for patients. Currently, he is an associate professor at Saginaw Valley State University and a clinical supervisor at Recovery Pathways, a behavioral health program with five clinics in rural Michigan emphasizing MAT and behavioral counseling.

William R. Morrone, DO, MS, MPH, FACOFP, DABAM, DAAPM currently works as the Chief Medical Examiner in Bay County, Medical Director at Recovery Pathways, LLC., and as an addictionologist in the criminal justice system through the 14th and 35th Circuit Drug Courts.
Dr. Morrone is a graduate of Michigan State University (MSUCOM) completing an internship in internal medicine and residency in family medicine. He is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners, certified by National Board of Physicians and Surgeons and is past president of American Osteopathic Academy of Addiction Medicine. He also is a part of the Physician’s Clinical Support System (PCSS-MOUD) for office-based opioid treatment and currently lectures nationally on this topic. He has worked in addiction medicine as a treating physician with ten years of experience in focus areas of criminal justice, forensic medicine and public advocacy.
He also holds Master’s of Science degree in pharmaceutical science and toxicology and a Master’s of Public Health.
