Erin Doepke, APRN, is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed in the state of Florida. Erin has been in the medical field in some capacity for 28 years. She had a long career with the fire department, where she retired as a Lieutenant. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2020 and has specialized in integrative and functional medicine. Erin is excited to be a part of the South Lake Pain Institute family, as she knows the focus here is holistic and patient centered. Erin is also a mom and grandma, loves everything outdoors, and describes her happy place as the woods. She is a Christian and is active in her home church.

E. Roger Alilin, Jr., MD, affectionately known by his patients as “Dr. Jay,” is one of the board-certified family physicians practicing at AFM Healthcare, which has two locations in Winter Park and Oviedo, Florida.
Dr. Jay was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, and raised in Central Florida. He pursued his undergraduate degree in Biology from Rollins College in Winter Park. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of the East and completed his residency training at the University of Alabama, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Jay is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Jay is married and has two children. He and his family currently live in Oviedo.

Dr. Melodie Mope, M.D. obtained her medical degree from St. Matthews University School of Medicine, and completed her Residency at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri in Family Medicine. Dr. Mope is also the Family Medicine Clerkship Director for FSU's Orlando Campus. She works closely with medical students and helps teach them the importance of giving quality care to all patients. She received an award in 2019 for “Best of the Best in Patient Experience” as well as Orlando Magazine’s Top Doc award 4 consecutive years in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. She will continue to provide that same “award winning” care to her patients in the community she lives in. To her, being a doctor is more than just taking care of a patient, she believes in getting to know her patients and treating them like family, creating an environment and relationship that will help lead to, or continue, a healthy lifestyle for years to come.

Dr. Ebneshahidi studied at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine in Jalisco, Mexico, earning his medical degree. Then, he completed an internal medicine internship at Ramon Ruiz Arnau University Hospital in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and a family medicine residency at Bella Vista Hospital in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.

Irelis Rodriguez Castro, MD, is a primary care doctor at NextHealth Care providing high-quality care with a functional medicine approach to individuals and families in Debary, Florida, and throughout Volusia County.
She studied at the University of Puerto Rico, earning her undergraduate degree in biology. Then she enrolled at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, and obtained her medical degree. Before entering private practice, she completed medical internship training in Puerto Rico.
