Dr. Analice Hoffenberg, or Dr. Ana, as she is usually tenderly called by her patients, is the Medical Director at Your Wellness Journey Center. She is Board-Certified in both Clinical General Preventive Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Hoffenberg is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and speaks fluently Portuguese, Spanish and English. She graduated from Medical School at the Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro, and had clinical training in Pediatrics, General Clinical Preventive Medicine and Addiction Medicine, and completed a Master in Science of Public Health, all at the University of Colorado. Dr. Ana is clinical faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where she has acquired, over decades of practice, along with years of work in the private sector, extensive experience treating addicted patients with comorbid psychiatric conditions. Dr. Sarah Mack is a Colorado Native who completed medical school at Rocky Vista University. She received her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at University of Northern Colorado and a masters in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University. She then completed residency with Durant Family Medicine in Oklahoma learning to care for a rural population and help an underserved population manage their health. Dr. Mack enjoys caring for whole families and providing thorough care through education and discussion of options. Dr. Mack enjoys spending time with her husband and family when she’s not practicing medicine. She enjoys being in the mountains as much as possible with hiking, camping, and off-roading with her husband. She enjoys cooking and baking for her loved ones and learning new techniques when she can.

Andrea received BA degree at Doane college with honors. Worked in lab for cytogenetics while studying at University of Colorado Child Health Associate/physician assistant program. Graduated with master’s degree. She has been blessed with opportunity in primary care and specialty allowing continued growth. Inspired by patients’ and colleagues with their insight and enjoy educating patients to allow active involvement in their health care. Andrea is an advanced practitioner who feels passionate to keep updated on new medical advances, provide great care along with respect and dignity to the individual patient. Received the Distinguished Fellowship Award from American Academy of Physician Assistant. Appointed in Empire's Who's Who Among Executive and Professional Women in Healthcare. Andrea treasures moments with her adult sons, family and friends. Traveling and cruising are some activities she finds relaxing. Tony Brown, MD, is the Medical Director and a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist specializing in pelvic stabilization and kyphoplasty at RIA Endovascular. Dr. Brown sees patients at the practice's location in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

He pursued medical school at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, followed by an internship in Internal Medicine at Exempla St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado, and a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Colorado in Aurora.

Dr. Brown completed his fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

Heather Whiting is a native of Colorado and has been fortunate to serve the community as a physician assistant and patient care advocate since 2003.

She began her pursuit of a career in medicine at the University of Northern Colorado where she earned a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Human Biology. Upon graduation, Heather worked at the University of Colorado Hospital as a Rehab Therapy Technician. She later graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado with honors and earned a second Master’s degree, a Masters of Medical Science from Saint Francis University.

Heather is very passionate about medicine and believes in caring for the whole patient. She enjoys working side by side with patients striving to achieve optimal physical and emotional health. She is experienced in treating patients across a wide spectrum of disease states and ages, from adolescence to geriatrics. She has special interest in disease prevention and health promotion.

Heather loves spending time with her husband and two sons. They enjoy the beautiful Rocky Mountains, camping, hiking, biking, and snowboarding.

Dr. Claire Hardin, DNP, FNP-C, is a highly skilled family nurse practitioner at P2 Wellness in locations in both Parker and Lakewood, Colorado. 

She began her impressive career in emergency medicine at Yale New Haven Health in Connecticut, where she honed her skills as a bedside nurse and critical care specialist for eight years. She earned her nursing degree from Yale University followed by a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. 

Claire’s dedication to patient care led her to pursue a fellowship in emergency medicine and child abuse, where she received the prestigious Trewin Award for leadership and became a health policy fellow advocating for patient rights.

With a passion for global health, Claire has worked and taught healthcare in diverse settings across Nepal, Haiti, Uganda, and Nicaragua. In 2018, she relocated to Colorado and joined Children’s Hospital Colorado in the emergency department, followed by roles in an IV infusion center and a family health clinic. Claire is now thrilled to bring her expertise in continuity of care to P2 Wellness, where she emphasizes the importance of holistic patient care and precision based medicine.

With over 15 years in healthcare, Claire deeply values the patient-provider relationship. She credits both her parents, who are dedicated healthcare professionals, for instilling in her the importance of compassionate patient care.

Outside of her professional life, Claire enjoys hiking with her three dogs, practicing yoga, and cooking with her husband. She remains close to her East Coast family, who continue to inspire her in her work. 

Douglas Hallmark, MD, is an experienced and highly respected family medicine practitioner at Douglas Family Medicine who is delighted to be serving the population of Castle Rock, Colorado, and the surrounding areas.

Dr. Hallmark grew up in Colorado, graduating from Arapahoe High School in Centennial in 1970. He graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Chemistry from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, then pursued his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. Dr. Hallmark graduated from UTMB in 1979 and practiced in East Texas for the next 10 years.

Dr. Hallmark’s life-long desire was to be a small-town family doctor who not only served his patients but developed close relationships with them. He has achieved this goal in his practice of medicine in Castle Rock for the past 20 years, providing exceptional medical care that recognizes the importance of treating every patient as a unique individual. By combining his considerable experience of primary care with the latest advancements in medicine, Dr. Hallmark is able to offer residents of Castle Rock the most up-to-date treatments available with the personal touch of hometown care.

Jodie Gahn-Stahley began her health-care career in 1990 as a US Fleet Marine Force Corpsman where she treated Navy and Marine Corps personnel and their families at Camp Pendleton, CA and Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA. After four years, she separated from active duty and continued her military career in the US Naval Reserves supporting Fleet Hospital 23, Field Medical Unit as a combat medical technician. 

Jodie grew up in southeastern Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin- Madison for undergraduate training in 1995. While pursuing her degree, she worked as a multi-specialty medical assistant at Dean Medical Center in Madison, Wisconsin. Her physician assistant training was completed at College of Osteopathic Medicine - Des Moines University. Since then, she has been dedicated to providing quality and cost- effective health care in the South Denver Metro area. Her outpatient medical practice spans the pediatric through geriatric 

population with a focus on preventative medicine, disease management and urgent care. 

In her personal time, she and her husband, John, enjoy a multitude of outdoor adventures whether hiking in the forest or boating and fishing in Colorado's mountain lakes and streams with their two dogs Max and Elke. An aspiring home chef and foodie, Jodie is known to whip up a tasty meal for her family and friends.
