She has also held roles as an Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine physician, a Family Medicine physician, and a Medical Director for a Medspa. She also worked at both the Chicago Sports Medicine Institute and Chicago Medical Center Urgent Care.

Jocelin Gamez, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Michigan Avenue Primary Care, a multispecialty practice located in The Loop of downtown Chicago, Illinois.
Jocelin earned her Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. During her undergraduate years, she simultaneously worked as a certified pharmacy technician and certified emergency medical technician. She then earned her Master of Science in physician assistant studies at the University of Iowa (Go Hawkeyes!). Her interests include women’s health, providing healthcare to Spanish-speaking populations, and preventative medicine.
Jocelin loves that every day is different and that she gets to meet and build relationships with all kinds of people. She loves the continuity of her education through the ever-changing medical advances. She also enjoys being able to teach her patients while also learning from them.

Brett is an integrative nurse practitioner who is board certified in both internal medicine and sexual/reproductive medicine. Prior to joining Whole Health Chicago, Brett worked in OBGYN clinics where she was able to treat a variety of conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, PMS, PMDD, depression, anxiety, and perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms. She is trained in contraceptive management, including IUD/Nexplanon insertions and removals.
Brett received her MSN from Vanderbilt University, where she gained a plethora of experience working not only in general primary care and OBGYN clinics but also in specialty clinics such as memory care, sleep medicine, Vanderbilt’s PCOS Clinic, and Vanderbilt’s Clinic for Transgender Health.
Keisha House is a Full Practice Authority- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Chamberlain University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Xavier University. Since becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016, she has worked at Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers located in the heart of Chicago’s Southeast and Westside neighborhoods, where she primarily served underprivileged populations. Keisha brings a breadth of experience as a primary care provider and also as a Registered Nurse working more than 14 years caring for patients of all ages in the areas of Medical-Surgical nursing, Labor and Delivery, managed care, and nursing administration at several Chicagoland area hospitals. Chiyo earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Ohio University. She enjoys all aspects of gastroenterology, including treating hepatology and inflammatory bowel diseases.

Jaclyn (Jackie) is a Speech-Language Pathologist who earned her Master’s degree at Midwestern University in Speech-Language Pathology. Jackie has been practicing as a speech-language pathologist at EYT since 2018. Some recent life changes have brought Jackie out of state, and she is now primarily seeing children via telehealth for the IL and MD branch.
Jackie believes in engaging children in play-based activities to foster overall language development. Jackie is certified in PROMPT Therapy, DIRFloortime® Certified, and has training in Interactive Metronome. Jackie specializes in children with Apraxia of Speech, pragmatic language disorders, and a variety of expressive/receptive language disorders. In her free time, Jackie enjoys working out, exploring the city, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
