Meghan Gallagher, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Health Solutions. She specializes in family medicine and offers comprehensive care for patients in the Greater Chicago area. Meghan sees patients in Munster, Indiana, Tinley Park, Rockford, and Flossmoor, Illinois.

Meghan received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. She found her passion for family medicine while completing multiple clinical rotations with family practices across Iowa and Illinois.

Prior to attending PA school, Meghan received her Bachelors of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Illinois. She applies her extensive educational experience and practical knowledge to the care of her patients at Health Solutions.

Michael Favila, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician on the team at Health Solutions. He provides comprehensive care for patients at the practice’s convenient offices in Tinley Park, Illinois, and in Munster, Indiana.  

Dr. Favila completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, earning his Bachelor of Science in microbiology. He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois, graduating in 2017. 

Following medical school, Dr. Favila completed his residency in family medicine at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields. He was named Family Medicine Chief Resident in his final year. 

At Health Solutions, Dr. Favila provides the full scope of family medicine services, including annual physical exams and the management of conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. In addition to being certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Favila holds a PCSS Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) Certification to help patients who are suffering from substance use disorder.

William C. Campbell, DO, is a board-certified physician with over 15 years of professional experience. He specializes in both family medicine and pain medicine at Health Solutions, with locations in Munster, Indiana, and Tinley Park, Rockford, and Flossmoor, Illinois. 

Dr. Campbell received his medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois. He went on to complete a residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

Throughout his career, Dr. Campbell has received immense training in osteopathic manipulation techniques. He has years of experience treating individuals with various musculoskeletal system problems and dedicates himself to providing long-term, positive results for all of his patients. 

Dr. Campbell is currently the chair of the Family Medicine Department at St. James Hospital in Olympia Fields and has an affiliation with numerous other Franciscan Health Centers. He is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and holds an active state medical license in both Indiana and Illinois.

Dr. Samiruddin strives to establish long term relationships with his patients and their families, while taking care of health care needs in all walks of life. Special interest in hypertension, diabetes and asthma. Dr. Samiruddin is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is clinically trained in medical weight loss.

Brett is an integrative nurse practitioner who is board certified in both internal medicine and sexual/reproductive medicine. Prior to joining Whole Health Chicago, Brett worked in OBGYN clinics where she was able to treat a variety of conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, PMS, PMDD, depression, anxiety, and perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms. She is trained in contraceptive management, including IUD/Nexplanon insertions and removals. Brett received her MSN from Vanderbilt University, where she gained a plethora of experience working not only in general primary care and OBGYN clinics but also in specialty clinics such as memory care, sleep medicine, Vanderbilt’s PCOS Clinic, and Vanderbilt’s Clinic for Transgender Health.

Mark is board certified as a family nurse practitioner since 2015. Prior to Whole Health Chicago he worked as an APN serving the refugee and immigrant community as well as patients from Chicagoland area. His career in healthcare is rich with experiences including work with nursing home patients, home care, medical mission trips to the Dominican Republic and direct patient care as a medical surgical/float staff RN for 10 years. Mark brings expertise in culturally competent care and proficiency in working with patients and families who are in need of assistance in navigating the healthcare world. Through his experience he has been able to incorporate techniques that are considerate of cultural norms while adapting to the educational and social needs of his clients. He is passionate about treating the whole patient and taking into consideration all aspects of their wellness including mental health, nutrition, disease prevention and lifestyle modifications.

Racheal is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of experience in the medical field. Racheal received her Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University. She has received additional training in Ultrasound Guided Joint injections for the treatment of sports injuries, osteoarthritis, and joint degeneration. Additionally, she has been trained in the use of platelet rich plasma for the treatment of aging and sexual health. Racheal’s many years in the acute care setting has created a passion for making others feel good about themselves and helping others to focus on self-care. Racheal’s educational journey has created a passion for using the power of platelet rich plasma and other human cellular tissue products to help the body heal from injury in a natural way.

Jaclyn (Jackie) is a Speech-Language Pathologist who earned her Master’s degree at Midwestern University in Speech-Language Pathology. Jackie has been practicing as a speech-language pathologist at EYT since 2018. Some recent life changes have brought Jackie out of state, and she is now primarily seeing children via telehealth for the IL and MD branch.  

 Jackie believes in engaging children in play-based activities to foster overall language development. Jackie is certified in PROMPT Therapy,  DIRFloortime® Certified, and has training in Interactive Metronome. Jackie specializes in children with Apraxia of Speech, pragmatic language disorders, and a variety of expressive/receptive language disorders. In her free time, Jackie enjoys working out, exploring the city, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
