Lindsay Zilling is a doctoral student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, D.C. training under Dr. Brosius in psychological assessment. She can offer psychological and psychoeducational testing under the supervision and guidance of Dr. Debra Brosius, Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Ms. Zilling earned a Master of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University while working as a Mental Health Specialist at behavioral health hospital Kahi Mohala - Sutter Health. Prior to that, she worked as a Registered Behavior Technician providing comprehensive services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Her clinical interests are in integrative interventions in the treatment of complex trauma and PTSD, particularly with survivors of interpersonal trauma and military populations.
Ms. Zilling currently teaches various psychology courses as an adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College where she enjoys sharing her passion for psychology with her students.
Jenn Jafari is a doctoral student at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP) in ‘Washington, DC training under Dr. Debra Brosius, Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She will be focusing on providing therapeutic services, but can also offer psychological and psychoeducational testing under Dr. Brosius' supervision.
Jenn graduated with distinction from Loyola University Maryland, before receiving a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from TCSPP in Washington, DC. Jenn has expansive clinical experiences as an ABA therapist, working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders. Additionally, she has worked under doctoral supervision at Children’s National Hospital, providing clinical assessments for young children.
Jenn is eager to begin serving clients that are coping with a variety of life circumstances, with a focus on children and adolescents. Because Jenn is a graduate student in training, she is on site Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Melissa Falkowski attended Mount Saint Mary College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. Melissa has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, including Oncology, Preoperative, and Postoperative care, and Operating Room experience. After working for 2 years in the Operating Room with Dr. Desai, Melissa joined the team at International Spine, Pain & Performance Center in 2017. As Chief Operating Officer, Melissa is focused on ensuring all clinical standards are met to guarantee that our patients receive optimal and cutting edge care. Melissa partners with the clinicians at ISPPC to execute our mission statement of being leaders in clinical excellence. Ndubuisi Okafor, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 20 years of experience. At his practice, Okafor Medical Associates, located in Washington, DC, Dr. Okafor offers patients compassionate care for a variety of conditions including chronic disease management, ADHD, and internal medicine concerns as a leading primary care physician.
Dr. Okafor obtained his medical degree from the Howard University Hospital and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also specially trained in Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
Dr. Okafor is a registered Civil Surgeon with the United States Center for Immigration Services, so he can provide Immigration Medical examinations with all the required tests in the facility. In addition, is a Registered Certified Medical Examiner with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, so he can provide medical examination and certification for commercial motor vehicle drivers.

Taseen Mir, MD, is a family medicine physician at Prosperity Internal Medicine in Reston, Virginia. Dr. Mir is passionate about helping you and your loved ones stay healthy at all times, and partners with you to find the best care plans.
Dr. Mir obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan. She then went on to complete her medical education at St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in Cambridge, England. After obtaining her doctorate in medicine, she pursued residency training in family medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan.
During her time as a physician, she was awarded the “Claire Knighten-Ward Award” for her humanism and excellence. She was also honored by Northern Virginia Magazine and the Washingtonian with a “Top Doctors Award.”

Alyssa Larimore, CRNP is a certified registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health. She received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland School of Nursing in 2001. Sandra Wittholz is a native of Mt. Pearl, Newfoundland, Canada. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing, with honors from the University of Kentucky and her Masters of Science in Nursing with a major in Women's Health from the University of Cincinnati. In 2002 she was awarded her Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate from NCC; she was then licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner- OB/GYN through the Maryland Board of Nursing in 2003 when site relocated to the state.
