Dr. Toghral completed his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. He then went on to pursue his Doctorate in Medicine (MD) at St. George's University School of Medicine in 2015. Once he received his medical degree, he sought the opportunity to further his specialty in family medicine through the Lynchburg Family Medicine Residency program, where he was eventually named intern of the year at the practice.

Josephine Anne Torno, MD, DipABLM, is a board-certified physician in family medicine and lifestyle medicine at Prima Medicine in Fairfax and South Riding, Virginia.
