In 2019, internist Azra Hussaini, MD, FACP, opened The Doc’s Here, offering telemedicine and house calls to patients. As of 2022, she is also offering in-office visits. Niambi Hogans FNP-BC, is a New Jersey native who received her BSN from Stratford University and her MSN from Chamberlain University, with a specialization in family practice.
Over 15 years in health care, Niambi has worked in emergency rooms, as a forensic examiner, and at the bedside. During the height of the pandemic Niambi took travel assignments to provide emergency staffing for those in need of care during a trying time for the nation.

Melissa Ramsey is a native of Maryland and is a graduate of Towson State University. She started her career as a Coronary Care nurse at The University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. She stayed there for seven years, seeing firsthand the effects of poor health. She worked the night shift and often spoke to her patients who were either recovering from a heart attack or waiting for a transplant. Often patients would say, “If I could do life over again, I would have taken better care of my health.”
