I obtained my family nurse practitioner degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina in 2007. I spent 5 years working in rural family medicine in Virginia followed by 4 years as a hospitalist at a rural hospital in Virginia. I then moved to North Carolina and spent 4 years working in urgent care and aesthetics. I am currently credentialed at Caldwell Memorial Hospital and Rockingham Hospital as a hospitalist. I have experience in managing most chronic medical problems, minor injuries, depression, joint pain and arthritis, minor fracture management, illness, DOT physicals, school and sports physicals, weight management, women's health, men's health, etc. Aesthetic services provided are: Botox, fillers, microneedling w/ radiofrequency, laser hair removal, treatment of sun damage areas, etc.
Michael Trombley, MD, is an experienced and highly respected board-certified family medicine physician in Charlotte, North Carolina, who specializes in providing Testosterone replacement therapy for men and women at Vitality Center of Charlotte.
Dr. Trombley, a native of Glen Falls, New York, studied his bachelor’s degree at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, from where he graduated as a Presidential Scholar and magna cum laude in 1987. Dr. Trombley completed his medical degree in 1991 at the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, New York, and undertook his residency in family medicine at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he served as chief resident.
